★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my goodness, what a terrible experience. The most unfriendly and rude stuff I have ever witnessed. My poor daughter was in tears after we left. We will never go back to this place again. So unfortunate that the staff can be so miserable and take joy in being rude to people. One lady was even yelling that we weren’t standing in the right place outside in the lineup. Highly unprofessional. Not sure how they get away with treating people the way they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my daughter for the G1 written test. Short lineup, but the staff is very well organized and things move quickly considering there is only one person working inside and one conducting the road test. The staff is very professional and pleasant-kudos. Just remember to bring and wear a mask, and that only the people taking the test are allowed inside.
If you are just coming to deal with registration tag renewal or other registration issues the Service Ontario is next door so you don’t have to wait in the same line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dress warm. It's a long wait outside in winter due to Covid restrictions and 1 person allowed inside at a time. Always faster than Ottawa and worth the drive.

The test center is separate from the driver test center. 2 wickets in the service center and during covid there is a maximum of 2 customers in the building. Very friendly staff. Make sure you fill out all your paperwork for a vehicle transfer or they will send you out to complete it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! Waited outside 2.5 hrs outside in the winter… when it came to my turn to write a test they closed for lunch.
Service Ontario?? Where is it.
Three of the most miserable women located under one roof . Not a single smile in the place.
Will NOT return to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to drop off a drivers medical to retain my CZ class license, unfortunately it has to be dropped off in person at a drive test facility. Dropping it off takes no more then 5 seconds to hand the paper in and leave. When arriving there was no one outside in a line, so I open the door and immediately the old lady at the desk starts yelling at me that I have to wait outside, I mentioned I just needed to hand my paper in and that was it and she continued to yell. I left without handing my paper in, did not want to have to wait the unknown amount of time to for me to take 5 seconds. Maybe they could have a drop off box, or be able to mail it in, or seeing that its 2022 have a online process
