I find there is about 4staff. It is really slow in service here. What happens to the people wasting there money on parking because of there slow services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what's causing this place to get so many negative reviews. I went their to renew my address and vehicle registration. I was blown away by the patience of the lady, as my insurance wont show up on my app. She gave me lots of time, but my app kept failing. In ended up only changing the address. She mentioned that I could extend my licence expiry by paying renewal fees, which I did. I got out of that place very impressed. I should've got the name of the lady who helped, she's amazing. She is the one who is sitting on the left, separate from the rest of the CSRs. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like giving a one star review but I had a very difficult experience here. I am familiar with several registries in Calgary - New Urban, MoJo's, Southland and Registry Express. I have never had an issue with any of these Alberta Government agents. I went to the Licensing Co. early in the morning recently because it was convenient on that particular day. What should have been a simple procedure turned into a struggle. There was only one woman serving customers. I don't know if business staff can be called a "Karen" but she fit the definition. She was pushy, demanding and went on and on at length about the government regulations. If I had not already paid for the service I would have walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome registry. I have been to a number of registries alone or with others and this one is for sure my favorite. Staff are quick, knowledgeable, professional but also charismatic. I do not live close to this registry, but I am downtown frequently, this is now my go-to registry.
I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews as I haven't had a more positive experience at any other registry in the city.
