★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not nice, unfriendly, had to come back 2 times even after I had 2 pieces of identity...and never actually did the process with me of getting my learners license..had to go to the one in cure labelle in laval, they're really nice there and actually take questions and the time to explain stuff, but with an attitude like one certain lady had at saint-thèrese, would never go back there again, as if they were the one paying me hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not good! One representative at counter 3 was so rude with my husband and I, didn't wanna help at all. We asked her a question she replied with "I'm not the gouvernement " and she only wanted my husband and I to leave. Bad experience! I hope I never go back there again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She was extremely rude, when i asked her to be nice, she answered me that I don't belong to Blainville and I am supposed to go to Longueuil SAAQ, I told her ok give me back my documents,she said it's OK THIS TIME , with a lookng to tell me that she has right to be rude because i am using Blainville service while living in Longueuil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, 70 years old here, can't stay standing up very long. All I needed was a form to get a handicap permit. Today line outside all the way to the bowling alley. Try to call the number given on their website, impossible to speak to somebody or leave a message. Wonderful service !!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Wednesday at 1pm. Waiting 5min outside and 5min inside. Staff was pleasant and even offered me to do my driving license on top of my Medicare card to save time. Received the card 2 week later without issue.
