★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMA is OK for when you are able to go in person. If you are not, then look somewhere else. Really, really, long and slow phone message menus (minimum 2 min) to listen through every single time, and then wait and wait and wait for a customer service agent. Pity because they used to be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a gold member of AMA I came in to register my car, lines were long and location was clearly understaffed, employees from the member registry seemed to not care as they took their time and chatting with other employees between customers. If you plan on using this location for registry purposes consider using another registry company as the savings with an AMA membership are little to none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here for my registry needs, now. They are much smarter than the competition across the parking lot. Their competitors had insisted on declaring our vehicle a "lease vehicle" on the registration form. This boggled my mind because although we were making payments it was definitely not a lease. Anyway, after repeated failures across the street, we went into AMA and they fixed it immediately. Now I know better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my daughter to AMA Crowfoot today for a road test. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The examiner was polite, professional and approachable. They made people feel welcome. Will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in here because I had some confusion with my renewal registry. The lady was soo quick and helpful. Friendly, and made sure the desk, pen, and chair was cleaned between every person. There was only 1 person in line. Very happy I went with AMA compared to waiting in line with registries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to say a big THANKS to DAN, the technician from AMA this morning who did a great job today.
I made a request for a towing this morning. The AMA truck came within half hour, after Dan found out what was the issue: the keyless entry was not working as the battery was dead, and the manual key did not working either which was why I requested a towing to the dealership to get it fixed ) To my surprise, DAN used an old trick and magically opened the door ( saved the towing to the dealer ), then he also managed to open the hood ( it was very rusty after parking down the street for so long and was stuck ) and boosted the battery. We are very pleased with his service. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, and got the problems fixed on the spot.
Thank you, AMA for hiring good technicians like Dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are good standing AMA members, and like the membership perks the card provides.They provide Good Covid protocol and we were well received at the door.
We went there yesterday to renew registrations on our cars. It is worthy of reporting that A lady named “Deb” finally got around to serving us. She is certainly not the friendly accommodating person we are a-custom to helping us. We felt as though we were imposing on her for just being there A few lessons in good customer service would apply to her.
