★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered with uber eats. In our order, it included 3 kids meals. We and the kids were so impressed with the meals and the kids packs that came with! My oldest said it felt as if he was there! Well done, guys, you made 3 kids super happy! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! The waitress was snappy and rude. Our plate of cesar salad was attacked by about a dozen flies and they were sitting on the food (I took a photo as proof). I showed her the plate and she said in an irritated tone “well you are outside so it’s normal”. I had to insist (and I was polite throughout never blaming her but asking if there is anything that could be done) she said “fine I’ll have to ask my manager if we can replace it”. I think as a waitress when you see a plate full of flies your first reaction should be “Oh gross, let me replace that for you”! This is the second bad experience I have at this location, I won’t be dining there again and I definitely don’t recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great and the waitress was very friendly and accomodating. The food, however, was very bad.
We are regular customers of Boston Pizza and always enjoyed their food but this time around the nachos were very stale that even my husband who eats everything couldn't eat them. The kids' spaghetti and meatballs was also as bad. The meatballs were rock hard as if they've been cooked 3 days ago. The kids refused to eat them. When it got to the chicken burger, I was so embarrassed to even tell them it was still slightly pink and crunchy. Having said that, the waitress did talk to the manager who did not charge us for some of the plates. Overall though, we did not enjoy our lunch at all and I wouldn't come back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Boston Pizza redeemed themselves. After the big mishap I had last February, the Boston Pizza email me and me and the manager sorted things out. Had there hockey game day chicken wings special and salad. All were good. Staff were all friendly and got my food in a good reasonable time. I will be hoping a third time is a charm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know UNESCO should start protecting the word pizza. Restaurants throw that word around loosely. It should be illegal for Boston Pizza to use the word pizza - it’s Robin Hood flour with toppings - it’s the worst pizza I ever had in my life - The 1 star is for your French fries

One little cough is that they were not so busy, yet service for food and drinks was slow. First BP that I experienced with slow service.
Aside from that everything else was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ arrived at 5:15. We were greeted pleasantly and seated right away with the menu but it took almost 30 mins for a waiter/waitress to come see us to take our order. No glass of water offered. Took 30 mins for our beer to come, almost an hour later for our appetizers to come. And we were with children, they were getting hangry. My daughter didn't even get her drink. No one came to apologize if they were under staffed or something like "here's a bowl fries, we're sorry!" Like nothing! 2 hours in total, we were not served our main meal. My husband got up and just stop a waitress to let them know we just wanna leave and pay for whatever was served for us. Because the kids were getting tired and very hungry. But at that moment, she served us our food. I wasn't even hungry anymore, i just wanted the kids to eat so we can leave. Bill came, no apologies. No discount. got charged for full meals for the kids even tho there was no side dishes that came with it, I didn't wanna argue. And when it came to pay, oh lord! The hostess couldn't make us pay without the waitress, but she never came. My husband waited for 30 mins before the hostess decide "ok I'll make you pay".
Overall, the kids food and our appetizers (nachos) tasted good! But the service sucks.
