a	andrew essar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service ever! Spend 20 minutes waiting in drive though only to be told at the window they don't have any dark roast. This is the second time this has happened at this location and I'm done!
M	Monika mangla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service .. we ordered steep tea two milk two sugar and we got expired tea which was cold .we went to drive through again and complaint they make same tea again . They said bcoz of two milk tea is not hot . We buy tea everyday from tim horton we never had these experience from tim horton. Crew member told us to have a tea from somewhere else . Very disappoint .. Rude Thru Drive attend ,Very Poor Customer Service .
S	Sarah Down on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location’s drive through this afternoon. When ordering, the female taking the order was having trouble hearing me. I restated “ just the Timbits” obviously louder than the first time then drove up to the window. The woman at the window was very pleasant and took my payment, as I was driving away I heard the first female who was taking the orders mocking me “just the Timbits!”. I couldn’t believe it! I was instantly furious. I immediately phoned the store and spoke with the owner who advised he knew who it was and would speak with her. At least he was calm and pleasant even in spite of the fact that I was very obviously annoyed. This is the second time I’ve had someone be inexcusably rude at this drive through. It seems going across the street to the gas station location is a better option. If you don’t like your job or aren’t good with people, you’re in the wrong place!!!
M	Mike Frappier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place last night. Inside the store was empty, no customers, waited almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Lady who served me had poor service skills maybe said 4 words "what do you want". Dropped my order on the counter and left. I figured it was ready and left. I ordered 4 donuts, all stacked one on top of the other so the toppings all stuck together and a dark roast coffee which tasted burnt and rancid. It wasn't drinkable. Luckily it was only a drive by since we were headed somewhere else but I won't bother going back here. Terrible service and coffee was nasty.

A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how we have a tim hortons in almost every second town in ontario...lol it defintely is nice... they need to upgrade there food abit...they could be a big hit if they had better supper items...but for coffee...if u drink that...donuts...soups/chilli...or sausage muffins... it's good! Good old timmies

I asked for an extra shot of Vanilla, 1 sugar, and extra milk too cool it down (had dental surgery this week) the crew here are 'Slayin it'. Thank you! Plus this was tonight's view from the drive through....damn!!! Every other location I've gone to, for the past year in Ottawa, has not! True story! They either forget the shot of Vanilla, do not add my 1 sugar, last night, I had a tea bag and the milk only. Also, before they added it to the menu, have out right, denied me the option, even when I offered to walk the steps.
