★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really excited prior to this location opening as there is a serious lack of pizza in the area... It not great pizza however, and it's overpriced. Go to the Malino's instead, it might still be formulaic over there to, it's a little better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed tonight. We didn’t get our breaded chicken wings so we called to let them know, fine, this kind of stuff happens, no biggie. They asked if we wanted a store credit or the wings. We asked for the wings since we have been craving them all week and were really looking forward to them! When they finally arrived the order was wrong and there were only 16 (if you want to call it that number since most were like newborn bite size) “boneless” chicken wings which to me are just mini chicken nuggets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Winchester from Barrhaven during the day last week and was super hungry…ordered pizza & poutine for my family and I and it was delicious! On top of that, thank you for the great customer service. Will definitely order again when in Winchester!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in late almost missed last call and I asked the guy for something fast so he would not need to make his life any more hectic. He offered me salads or wings so I recei ver this killer salad. A Caesar salad with chicken, it was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A totally incompetent place to order from. Out of 3 items not one was correct and another item was totally missing. When I called and asked that the correct order be re-delivered I got "attitude" from a woman on the phone(she turned out to be the owner). She refused to deliver the correct order and offered a credit to my next order. I said I would not order from them again and asked again for my correct order. She refused and said she would send the missing item and one of the burgers but it would take a while ( original order at 6 PM, delivered at 7:15) when I again stated I expected a correct order and asked to speak to a supervisor she said none was available and hung up. I called back and got a male - when I explained he said I had been talking to the owner. I got the missing items at 8PM. Talking to the driver it seems the owner had been "replaced" before because of bad attitude dealing with customers. So beware, she does not care about customers as this is a limited market and she can do what she wants. We will now order exclusively from Iron Forge as they have great customer service and have immediately gone far beyond what is required to fix any mistakes. I buy local but not from this place anymore.
