n	n a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered 12 wings, get home there's 9. $13.95 tax in what a rip off. Won't go back
R	Robinlee Vanderveen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 2 hrs to deliver cold pizza and wings ? not to mention they sent out 9 wings and say they charge by the pound not the dozen almost $14 with tax for 9 wings! Decided to give another chance and chose to call for pick up as I was told I was outta the delivery area for the night they told me to plz hold and placed the phone on the counter as I could hear everything the other line rang twice as I waited and 2 ppl who called after me put there orders in before me... Safe to say I hung up and called down the street.
N	Nathan Heide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most ABHORRENT treatment from the Winchester location AGAIN on Wednesday January 26 2022. I made an online order online at 8:05pm. The location says it's open until 9pm. I got an email saying the order is REFUSED and my payment will be refunded. I Called and spoke with "Pete" he giggled and said to bad so sad we are closed" but phones were ringing and they were taking orders I said I want the owner. He refused. Pete has gone around all this town calling me fa&&ot that gives big tips, he has even agreed that he said said that to all the delivery drivers in this area. He called me back and said "I have the owner here, and he passed the phone, and the guy said hello, I knew immediately it was NOT the owner and I asked him, and he admitted he was not the owner. I gave my words that this is misrepresentation of the company and they should be ashamed. I have no idea what those employees are doing, but they are making Milano's look like a bigotry, gaming, lying instution.
R	Robyn Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No masks?! All three staff in the restaurant were not wearing a mask. In fact, one woman touched her nose as we were walking in. Disgusting! This is a pandemic, everyone wears a mask. Also, third customer walked in as we waited for our pizza - sign on the door says two customers only. If you are not observing these basic protocols for a pandemic, what other short cuts are you taking with food safety and handling? Will definitely avoid in the future. Pizza was below par.
S	Shandy Blake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order quite often from this place and generally the food is fine. It's never stellar, but we generally just order the boneless chicken so it is fine. Tried to place an order last night at 8:45, and just didn't receive any confirmation from the store. Assumed they were closed, and then this morning was told my order was rejected. Ordered lunch today (chicken fingers + fries) and then was berated by the delivery driver when he got here, that I didn't order enough. It doesn't indicate this anywhere on the site, and I did not appreciate being told off when my food was being delivered. Now that there is a Dominos in Kemptville, I'm going there instead.
T	Tommytart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place has gone down hill in the last year or so. Orders i make online are usually denied. Deep fried foods are usually burnt. Decided to give them another chance today but after 30min of waiting for a email confirmation i decided to call twice and they won't pick up the phone. It is currently 10min until my food was estimated to be delivered and i still have not recieved a confirmation email and assume it will be canceled or completely ignored. It is a shame since i used to love milano's but i won't be giving them my buisness anymore
D	Darryl Wilson (Zophy) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always spot on. I am getting exactly what I order and consistancy is amazing. One thing I Iove is the ability to order by phone. With the extra few minutes it takes for delivery because of the distance, it is still a place that I like to order from for a great pizza.

Tried other menu items but I'm not going to stray away again because of how the poutine looked, tasted, and was presented. I was expecting curds but it is shredded moza. Still cheese but would be helpful if in the description of the dish it was mentioned. Also ordered fried chicken and didn't expect much. Taste was expected like a frozen food into a deep fryer would be. Everything was hot and ready but it's just the quality that's needing to be upped for dishes other than pizza.
