β β β β β Nathan and his staff helped me purchase a tv that I was looming for. I looked all over the city for atleast 6 months with stock problems but these guys solved it for me and I now have the tv I was looking for. Thanks Nathan and team!!! Unmatched service in the city.

β β β β β Wish I had an option to choose no Star for Visions Sherwood. A customer service experience canβt be more horrible from a rude manager named Nazim. I called to install my car dash cam. Max asked me to come to the store to take a look at the dash cam and pay at the store otherwise they canβt do the job. I stay 20mins drive away. Got an appointment after almost 3 weeks. On that day Nazim said canβt do the job because Max didnβt explain to the technician properly. Seemed like it was my fault. He was asking for more money or refund. Said you are a customer you waited, you made 2 trips in her and your time is pretty much useless but our technicianβs time is important because he is hourly paid. Didnβt except this kind of customer service from Visions. I have 22 yrs experience in customer service. Canβt even think of treating a customer like that for any internal miscommunication. He could have apologized and ask to pay the difference. Very disappointed.

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, you would not be able to return your broken unit to us, as your damage claim was made outside of the 24 hour damage claim period. As outlined on our return policy, "if you received a damaged product, you must notify Customer Service within 24 hours. Failing to do so may result in a denied claim." However, the unit that you described to be defective may be eligible for a defective exchange, as you are within the defective exchange period. Additionally, you can try to return your functioning unit for refund, but I must advise that it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if opened. β β β β β Had a fob / car starter problem. Talked to Max, set up an appointment, and he also sold me another fob that worked with the system. Had to go back twice because of a scheduling conflict, but no problem. Jason (tech) was great in reprogramming, etc. Great guys and service.
Highly recommend.

β β β β β Dealt with Nathan on a new home theatre package for a room under construction. He took the time to understand our needs and explain the options available to us. He is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We ended up buying from him and he made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. I would encourage anyone in the market to go have a discussion with Nathan. We will be back for all our future electronic purchases!

β β β β β There should be a 6β option reserved for Nathan. By far the best service and warranty coverage I have ever encountered in my life. I had a couple manufacturer issues with my tv and not only did Nathan make replacement of my TV seamless and easy, he stayed 20 minutes past closing so i could get there after work for an exchange. I mean this with 100% seriousness, if anyone from Visions Corporate reads this, get this guy a promotion and a raise immediately. You'll never have a better man to represent your company.
