★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today and needed a new bra. I had to wait in line to get help. People kept walking by me and nobody asked if I needed help. They were talking or putting things away. It was a struggle to find what I needed and I finally just left without getting anything because I just can not buy anything and give my money at a place that can't be bothered to help me. This is my second time there. My first time the girl working was so amazing and helpful and had tons of information. Also, staff really need name tags or some identifiers . It's just people without coats walking around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted when I walked in,but I was never asked if I needed help, offered a fitting room or assistance with putting the many items aside for me that were falling off my arm. I found my own fitting room and saw myself to the cashier. I thought it was ironic that she asked me who helped me today. I told her " no one" , she seemed surprised. There were many associates around and the store was by no means to busy to offer me assistance. The store was offering great deals last weekend, however the service from the sales associates was very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally bathing suit shopping is more of a frustrating experience... However, I was in La Vie en Rose the other day. I had the fortunate experience to be helped by one of the most amazing ladies! She took the time to go through many many suits with me. We shared some really encouraging conversation and she helped me through my shopping trip. I try not to go alone but in this case she made me feel so comfortable and far from feeling on my own. I left with more than I went in for and I’m beyond thrilled! I feel confident and excited for my purchases. It’s a real testimony to great service! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoy coming here! Ladies are sweet, cheerful and so helpful. Sanitize station when you enter, so I appreciate that as well. Everything here is organized and so very pretty. I love visiting this particular store it's better than the one in SP mall. See you guys soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is absolutely amazing. All of the associates here work to make everybody so comfortable. They are so accommodating on the chain room and always have great suggestions for other sizes and items. This is my new favorite store.

I didn't look at the "ladies stuff" this time but we are so thrilled with the cute stuff we walked out with. Staff were helpful and kind. It was so nice to be able to try stuff on and know it was being steamed after for the next customer. Well organized store, with a bathroom upon request! We did do one return, and I checked on the receipt when I got home that I think I lost $10 on the deal... But I am not interested in going back today since there was a line up... Hence the 4 stars.??
