★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to call and ask a simple question. Got directed to a call Center and was waiting. Super low grade. There’s people in the store that could have answered the phone and my question which would have lead to a sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda underwhelmed by the small size of the store, but they have the basics. Wonder if this is them testing the market for a larger store in Sherwood Park? More than likely would still have to drive to 17th St, Except they closed 17th St so you'd have to drive to South Common or Clareview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roksana and Raj helped us to renew our Telus phone plan after we had been trying for a few months not getting anywhere going into the telus stores or calling them. We kept getting jacked around and told they couldn't help us. After a while in the store they were able to call telus and get our business account sorted out. Thank you for all of your patience dealing with telus for us as we couldn't get anywhere. I highly recommend the new sherwood park best buy location their staff is so helpful and patient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny, very little inventory in store and the staff isn't knowledgeable at all. I went in looking for a curved monitor and the staff member told me that "such an item does not exist". I pointed at the one they had on display and he told me "this one is broken, it's not supposed to be curved like that".
I ended up leaving and driving to MemoryExpress in South Edmonton. It's sad they closed 17th for this tiny mall kiosk store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit of this new store. First impression: the store is very small. We were greeted by two employees. We told them what we were looking for, but one of them couldn't give us the answer. It was very confusing. She told us that they might have what we were looking for on a display but then disappeared to the back. After few minutes we realized that there is obviously no display model to look at and also noticed that the employee was behind a counter looking at her phone so we left.

Being new to Alberta, not knowing the transit very well and having my phone die while at the mall, I had no idea how I was getting home. He was so kind going out of his way to help me. We need more kind and generous people like him, so greatly appreciated!!!
