The store relies on mall wifi to run their "system". Half the time you go to the store to deal with your matters, they tell you they can't help you because the mall wifi is down. It's a bit ridiculous given the business they are in...

Went to store today and was helped by Billal. He hit-it-out-of-the-park for client service. I couldn’t have been more impressed. Very clear, polite and patient. Thank you Billal! Thank you Rogers!

I was just stopping by this place. Asked something for data plans. He explained to me that very nice. Made a kind of deal like HA HA moments for me. Hey Nick(maybe spelling error) you deserve 5/5 from my side. Thanks for your time and help.

Helped over 2 days by Elyssia and she was amazing. Day1 it was slow when we walked in, so staff were hanging out. As we walked in Elyssia noticed us, stepped away from the group and was extremely professional. She listened to what we were looking for then gave us all options possible while offering feedback. What we ended up settling on they were out of stock that night. Elyssia got the product from a different store the next day, contacted me letting me know it was ready whenever I am. I showed up and recieved great service again. Almost 10 years ago I worked for Rogers, I'm sure they still have high standards of their staff and I can comfortably say Elyssia exceeds the standards and is an asset for the company. Through my time in the store it appeared the same can be said for all staff in this location as well.

Got a new phone through work and needed help to move over all of my contacts and apps etc. Anthony B helped me out. Was awesome. Quick and did a good job explaining things as we completed the updates. Thank you Anthony

Good service overall, but had to wait in the store for an ungodly amount of time to change over from my iPhone 5 to a Galaxy S7 Edge. Then when I got a Pixel XL for my wife for Christmas, I was told I could take the new phone without trading her old phone as it was gonna be a present, then bring in the old phone after Christmas. I was also told how much the trade in would be when I did trade it in, and they said they wanted the old phone before the end of the month. So we go in to trade in the phone after Christmas and all of a sudden it's $100 less because one of the credits isn't there anymore. I told them that I was told I would get more than that and they said "sorry sir that credit isn't there anymore so there's nothing we can do". Another factor is that her old phone screen was broken so we had to get it fixed which was gonna be $200, so the trade in value we were originally quoted was more than that, so it made sense. Now with this $100 less, it wasn't more than the $200 screen replacement. Called the Rogers call center and they said trade ins were all dealt with at store level. Called and spoke to the assistant manager and he was even more rude about it, not listening to my point of view at all. Cutting me off all the time and interrupting me to no end, then just saying "sorry sir we're not even supposed to let you take the new phone without trading in the old one, and now that the credit isn't there you're out of luck." Anyways, the regular front desk workers have been great so far, but the managers are horrible at customer service (I was relayed what the store manager said by a front desk person, so I spoke to 2 managers either directly or indirectly). Feeling pretty screwed around with this trade in garbage. This time anyways.

Got a new phone here today. We were helped by Kyle, and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone, And we look forward to coming back in the future!
