Amazing people and easy to work with. Really friendly and very helpful. Did not try to upsell me at all and made it a very easy transaction. I told them what I wanted and they gave suggestions and always tried to make it the best price possible

Amazing and friendly service at the Sherwood Park location. Lena and Candace talked through my options and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. They walked through my bill and my options and made it really clear and simple. This is why I keep coming back to Bell!!

I went in the store and started to talk to Lena Tran , I was asking her about IPhone 12 and 13 , she answered all my questions and in about a hour and a half I walked out with an iPhone 13 very happy

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time going to this store. The manager is rude and you can’t trust anything they tell you. I was unhappy with the customer service over the phone so I asked if I can end my contact and return the device. (They took out more money out of my account then what was shown on my bill. And because I wasn’t expecting the extra money to be taken out, I didn’t gave enough in my account causing my bank changing me $45 because of insufficient funds and when asking if I would now be charged a late fee because my bill is now considered late, they hung up on me) The employee working told me that there would be no fees and I won’t be charged anything by ending my contact and I can return the device at no charge. He confirmed this for me two times. Then told me to go to another provider to sign a contract then come back to return the device. This way I won’t lose my number. I came back the next day (already signed on with another provider and got a new device from them) to return the device and they would not accept it because of a minor scratch on the screen. I told the manager that the employee looked at my phone previously and was going to return it for me. She still refused to return the device and said β€œI can’t go off what another employee said” even though she knew the situation before I walked into the store. She offered me my contact back which I said I won’t do after this experience as well it now messes with my new contract. We tried asking for upper authority to talk about this issue. Once again the manager refused to help us. Eventually we gave them our number and asked for someone to reach out to us then, and we are still waiting to hear from someone. I’m extremely upset as I took a chance on a new company and will never return and advise everyone to look else where. And I am now stuck with a phone I can’t afford because they went back on their word. I don’t know why anyone would want to stay with a company they cannot trust.

The employees at this location are SO friendly! The manager was so kind and helpful when getting a new phone.

I had a great experience at this Bell location. I had accidentally smashed my phone shortly before, so I was desperate for a new one. Lena, one of the staff members, was helpful and friendly, and Rav, a loaner from the West Edmonton Mall branch, as he told me, went above and beyond in order to help me deal with my situation. I highly recommend this store, and I praise the staff for their great attitudes ?

I came in to Bell i was so unhappy with the customer service that I had received over the phone.I met Lena and she was amazing. She listened to me and my grief . She guided me to make the right decisions and to save me money on my account I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for help that is honest and trust worthy go see Lena. She deserves a raise . Thank you Lena
