Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the lady helping me but both ladies in the store were super friendly. My fitting was very comfortable and I was provided with a lot of options at different price points. No high pressure sales. I will definitely be back!

They know their inventory well and listen attentivelybto your needs/preferences. They want you to love your new bra and feel fantastic, not just make a sale. I'll keep coming back to keep the girl happy and healthy!

All the ladies there were extremely helpful and kept bringing me bras until I found one that I love. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality and comfortable bra.
A	Ashley Lazina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not love this store. I don't love their limited selection of sizes and the inability to just walk in and buy a bra and take it home that day. I especially do not love the prices. I also don't love standing around and waiting without explanation when staff appear to be simply restocking racks. It was later clear that the staff was helping a customer but simply explaining that someone would be right with me would have been courteous. It's annoying that staff are not willing or allowed (not sure which) to multitask and help more than one person at a time. I get they're trying to provide an experience but it's irritating and then when you're in the change room it's not always wanted or helpful to have someone constantly checking in or insisting they want to measure you or recommending things you didn't ask for. I especially don't love how the owner argues with every person on google who leaves a negative review, rather than simply accepting that not everyone is going to love what they offer, but I'm sure my review will be no different. HOWEVER. If you have a large bust or otherwise hard to find size you can probably find it here, and I like being able to try it on before I buy. So 2 stars for that.

They keep good records of past purchases, which can be helpful. Staff are very willing to order in items they may not have in stock. I'll definitely return here again. I heard about Ella Coco through a word-of-mouth recommendation, and I'll certainly recommend it to others.

Recently purchased a bra and after getting it home, it just didn't feel right. I was nervous contacting the store to discuss the situation. But they promptly responded that I should come back in for another fitting. Once in the store I was welcomed by a staff member that was beyond helpful and kind. She resized, pointing out different features and measurements. And we decided the bra just wasn't the right fit for my body. She was kind and patient, ensuring I went home with the right bra for me.
