★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched Northman in Auditorium 7 yesterday and the speaker on the left side facing screen was abnormally loud and crackled during loud action sequences. Was super distracting. Notified staff and they listened for about two minutes but never solved the problem. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for 20 mins to order popcorn and pop. They guy was slow. Well it was busy. The other lanes were going fast. Didn't want to switch lanes because i thought i had lots of time go to my movie. Didn’t bother. Im giving 3 stars. Its a nice theatre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the outtakes to buy the smoothies and milkshakes that they advertise to sell. A manager there told me that i would have to go to the concession to purchase them. I stood in the concession line and got to the till. Asked the kid at the till for the smoothies and milkshakes. And he told me that they don't sell any of those things there.
So they can advertise that you can get a smoothie or a milkshake for your movie, but when you want them, they don't sell them.
Really.... You can change your menu. And update all your staff if things are not available or sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other recent Cineplex experiences I've had there were technical issues that held back my enjoyment of the movie. Sound was muffled and last 20 minutes of the movie had an odd static/electronic sound coming out of the right front speaker. (Auditorium 4). Experiences like these make it harder to want to leave the house for a movie.

The lobby is very spartan and needs to be developed. A lot of empty space both on the floor and in the huge empty space above.
Wish the concession stand had more choices fir food and drinks etc..
It's not a bad little theatre only hope it gets fleshed out to come up to It's potential.
