The comfortable seats are worth the additional price, and the popcorn is better than most movie theater popcorn, and that's saying a lot. The screens aren't as big as most theaters, and the sound isn't great, but it still has a nice, cozy feeling to it. The staff have always been professional. I'd give this location a 4 star rating, but they're taking place in the asking of proof of vaccination and I can't in good conscience, give it higher than 1 star. This is wrong. It's very disappointing especially when you supported them when they needed it, and they slam the door in your face.

R	Ryan Wequ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, friendly service. Especially during a Pandemic where not every customer is willing to understand the extra rules in place for the public and staffs safety. While Magic Latern Theaters don't compete with larger chains, they are appreciated in smaller cities.

K	Karen Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lightly tiered seating but widely spaced between rows so good sightlines. Upgraded comfy recliner seats. A lot of sound leakage between theaters. For a small/mid sized municipality this is quite nice. We were visiting family who love this theater because it is reasonably affordable for family. Free refills of large pop and popcorn. My only real comment was that the popcorn and golden topping were literally awful. I would go here to be social with family again but I will never purchase popcorn here again. Definitely yucky. At a minimum, I recommend skipping the topping.
L	Louise Zylenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm usually very happy with this theatre. However, this time we ordered the combination. Large popcorn and large pop with free refills. When we went to get our refills at the end of the movie, they had already cleaned up and put everything away. Most of us do not leave the movie to get a refill we do it on the way out. If you are going to offer free refills they should be available when there are still customers in the theatre.
