About Tom Allison- eXp Realty
REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION. Whether you are buying your first home, selling your 10th, investing in rentals, or flipping homes in mature neighbourhoods; I’ve helped clients do it all! With a previous career in construction, and years of riding the highs and lows of the housing market, I have the knowledge, experience, and drive to help you achieve your real estate goals!
I am consistently a top producer within my brokerage and throughout the entire Edmonton area. I thrive on pushing the boundaries of stale traditional marketing strategies, and am consistently raising the bar for an exceptional client experience. I love meeting new people, educating, and supporting them as they embark on one of the biggest transactions of their life! I am so fortunate to be doing what I love.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family. We thrive in the outdoors, especially the river valley. I enjoy biking, skiing, and cheering on the Oilers!

Not only do I consider this guy a personal friend, I consider him to be an elite level realtor. There’s a reason why this guy is successful at his trade. He’s dedicated and hard working with a friendly twist.
Need I also mention that this dude goes above and beyond? When selling my last home we had nightmare situations with a few bad buyer/ realtor combos. Without Tom to help navigate that ship it could have went from bad to worse. When other realtors may have just walked away or cried about tough ever changing markets Tom stood tall in his Superman pose (he often does this maybe without even knowing).

They wanted to be as close to my home as possible, wanted a large, beautiful yard and it HAD to back on to Fort Saskatchewan’s beautiful river valley trail. Tom made himself available to my parents to view homes or answer questions whenever needed. He was very responsive and patient as they looked at house after house, trying to find the perfect fit. When the right house came up, Tom helped my parents to snap it up quickly while still advocating for a fair deal for them. We couldn’t be happier with the service Tom provided!
