β β β β β Horrible, trying to charge me $180 to get get my phone bills for a year. They even said they have the copies but the charge is to access the data base. Most ridiculous thing Iβve ever heard.

β β β β β If I could give zero stars, I would (this rating is for Koodo Corporately, not a particular branch). Horrendous customer service, loses payments made on their website, then expects you to pay again or they cancel your number without telling you. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

β β β β β Was in today to have two new lines activated and Kyle helped me. He was fantastic. Very thorough and polite he wasnβt pushy either. The whole process was a breeze!

β β β β β My phone had to be sent out for repair and they gave me their loaner. This loaner is a samsung s3. Its so old that it doesn't even have most modern apps available. It also won't join my WiFi or any wifi I've tried. The staff were pretty unkowledgable and it took 20-30 just to take down my info and give two signatures

β β β β β I am an old guy so not the most tech up to date, but the guys at the Koodo kiosk are always patient and helpful whenever I need any help. Especially Kyle and the fellow who I dealt with today - I believe his name was Mukh (I apologize if I didn't get the spelling right). I've had a few minor issues with the Koodo organization in the past, but the face to face interactions at the mall kiosk are always first rate. Thanks very much, much appreciated guys.

β β β β β I popped by this kiosk in the mall to inquire about switching over from Bell as my contract was up soon.
Kathy was absolutely amazing. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Extremely patient and friendly. Made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. She went above and beyond, even texting me after to make sure I didn't have any issues!
She is an amazing employee and an asset to Koodo.
Overall I feel good about switching over as I am saving over $20 a month on my new plan. ?
