I	Investing DD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch customer service. Opened a small business account and was pleased with the customer service through the process. Asher-Dee and April were extremely helpful through the sign-up process. Would recommend for individuals and businesses. PS: Great social distancing measures in place. Plexiglass screens, limiting capacity, hand sanitizer, etc.
J	J G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On February 24th, Vancity ran an ad on TV promoting their brand. The ad was totally insensitive and amoral. Most people ignore ads about banks, credit unions etc., so what they did to get the consumers' attention, was to start the ad showing all the disasters that have been happening around the world. Fires, floods, earthquakes, climate change etc. Events that are extremely worrying to most of the world's populations. Then they showed the Vancity logo and said we should bank with them. I phoned the Vancity head office to complain about this very inappropriate ad and was promised a call back the next day. Of course, no one called me back. I would not do any banking with Vancity since they obviously don't have a moral compass at all. Hopefully other consumers will feel the same way.

I felt that they truly care about your financial well being - not just try to sell products/services and charge outrageous fees. Wish I came to Vancity earlier. Excellent customer service. All the staff I met are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a well managed branch.
G	George Walkey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rotating of open and closed branches of Vancity are VERY UPSETTING. For a person trying to run a business and make deposits, closing at 3 pm is NOT HELPFUL. How do you expect us to Google the open branch and then race there in the middle of the afternoon to make our deposits? Many times I have found the 'open' branch to be 'closed temporarily'. This is NOT service. And don't talk to me about online banking until you can assure me that it is safe. Every time I ask if it is 100% safe...I am told...No.

His courtesy and professionalism was AAA and the issue was resolved. He is a real asset to Vancity. He needs to be commended for his attitude and dedication for servicing Vancity Visa customers.

L	Louise Leclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fed up with the way in which Van City online banking works. I am constantly runnining into problems with the account not accepting my passwsord. Now, even though i'm signed up to be able to change my password on line....which entails at least an hour of changing my files to reflect a new password, i'm not receiving the needed text. i'm locked out of my account and I can't get this repaired until Tuesday after 9:00 a.m. Not impressed.
K	Kamil Bialous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you care about online banking, easy of login, including on your mobile device, speed of etransfers, then do not bank with Vancity. I have multiple accounts here and dread every time I have to do anything with my bank. The "safety" protocols of Vancity prevent iOS devices from being able to remember your login info - it can't be recalled quickly from your Keychain or Passwords. So yes, every time you want to log in, go find that bank card. Truly, spare yourself the headaches. This bank hasn't caught up with technology.
