★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon every occasion I has always been treated with a very cool indifference as though I was infringing on their day. Bordering rude,a rather dismissive approach to RBC Clients. Also, they dally, they take a very long time for simple transactions. I try to avoid this branch at all costs. I only use it when my time can't afford otherwise. I wish they would revamp their staff's approach and availability to being in the service industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I’ve gone to this branch for the last time. Long waits. One of the few kiosks they have is closed, again, at lunch hour. Customer first in line left after 25 minutes. I waited another 15 and left. This is not a first-time experience here. It’s worth the extra distance to go to the Cambie/Broadway branch where they staff adequately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had a very bad experience from this branch almost three years ago .i am RBC personal and business customer for years and the big mistake happened from the previous manager of this branch cost me over $30000.after few a years i tried them again recently with the new management and i received excellent service specially form NEDA and HERMAN .both are amazing .supper fast helpful and friendly atmosphere branch which totally recovered my bad experience .

Wasting 3+ hours of my time to sort out an issue other banks solve in 10 min is absolutely ridiculous. No one at this company seems to be able to help you but they're great at explaining why they can't.
Also when they phone you your caller ID will read " Canada Sportswear" laughably unprofessional.
