β β β β β I went there today with a very basic request, teller told me he has never done this before, so he doesn't know how to! then someone else tried to help him, they ask for 2 pices of ID, I provided them with driver license and BMO master card and they told me they can't accept BMO master card as a second ID! And if I have another bank card! So basically my bank does not accept their own card as a second ID! And if I can come back with other ID cards! That's just ridiculous! They have no respect for people's time. Changing my bank this weekend, so sick of BMO's random policy's and employees that deal with your business based on their own mood.

Worst branch of BMO Ever! Because of this branch I have moved my TFSA Investments to TD.
From the first initial process they were unorganized. They had my email wrong and were sending all my private information to someone else. When I called to change email, they were unhelpful and provided no customer service.
In the process of switching over to TD, I asked for a statement of my TFSA. The tellers had absolutely no idea what to do, at first they gave me a statement that didn't even have my name on it.
Because of this branch I no longer trust my money being protected by BMO.

β β β β β A Very nice bank. Angel Yue Shi was a very nice banker to bank with. She solved all our queries and was prompt in replying through emails as well . because of her, we decided to open a Credit card as well. She made our lives easier as a new comer to Canada. We didn't face any hassles unlike in a few other banks in Canada. Really like this center of BMO.

β β β β β Itβs a very small branch. There are desks for only two tellers but usually there is only one person working with no one else in sight. The wait can be very long and when you do get up to the teller, they are not even friendly.

β β β β β Went to do some banking at this ATM in the morning.
No line up.
Unfortunately had issues with the ATM with the bank card. Since this was before opening hours could not get in touch with anyone present at the location.
Called the BMO helpline and then was advised to see someone via the phone. The BMO phone help were helpful in progressing forward.

β β β β β I've been with BMO for nearly 25 years now and my experience at this branch a few days ago has pushed me to close my entire BMO account. The two asian tellers they have at the front have to be some of the smoothest brained people I have ever met. Absolutely vile customer service.

β β β β β I would like to comment a good BMO branch services in my neighborhood. Around the village, people living with different life styles, somehow you found someone was using BMO bank space to sleep for a night.
BMO bank teller figures out my issues and they will provide me the solution. I am living old fashion world..conversation is important to me. I am so glad the bank branch still standing of coming fully Robot system.. thankful with your service, machine could be trouble someday, it is not a big issue to me .
