Every time I go here, I get outstanding service above and beyond most other VanCity locations and certainly better than most banks. Everyone here operates with efficiency and speed and often I find things taking half the time I would expect. This is my favourite VanCity branch by far.

In a banking lifetime of over fifty years, for me Vancity has proven to provide the best of service in every aspect - community partnerships, customer relations and financial transactions All outstanding. When does anyone ever get to feel proud of their banker? Go in and talk to them.

They asked me so many questions about my account. Why did I want to pay cash? Why I do not have a debit card. Instead of getting my visa card and asking for ID or security validation answer. Anyways they finally check if my money was counterfeited unprofessional. Overall, terrible experience and would recommend a more diverse branch members!

My parents used to have their life-savings here but somehow they were convinced to invest the money without disclosing the risks involved, just verbal promises of big earns; Ms. Rose Tse took advantage of the zero knowledge about investments of the seniors, not even asked for the whole family's opinion before investing. Once We realised about this my parents already lost thousand of dollars, and We decided to pull all the money asap. My parents didn't get documented info or reports regarding this investment, and when asked Ms. Tse just said "that is how the market is..." Found the manager Mr. Graham Aldrich and to my surprise he told me -there is nothing he can do because he was not there when all happened- and again "that is how the market is...", then is when I understood Vancity's modus operandi: low salary employees have to pinch the extra money from the customers (usually the vulnerable ones). The day We went to pull all the money out of this Credit Union Ms Tse kept asking us to re-invest the money !, how ?, promising big earns...that desperate she was, and I have to remind her how all this problem started,...that was so pathetic. Please keep your hard earned money somewhere else, here your money is not insured nor guaranteed.

I am actively standing in line waiting , there is 1 teller working and at least 6-7 other employees standing around . I wonder if they’ll add another person to help the single teller. Very disappointed and feeling like they are wasting my day. Especially as a small business owner in the area.

The staff at my branch are absolutely very polite and friendly and asking for help is no problem at all, great branch

Super rude and judgemental, lady kept looking at my tattoos and back up at me like I was a freak, then started asking inappropriate questions about my job and where i got the money from and froze my account after I left. I will never bank with them again.
