★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE the Vancouver sky train system. The Main Street-Science World station is centrally located and well maintained. There is a Starbucks and an A&W on-site as well. As soon as you walk out of the station, there is Thornton Park. It is a small and lovely park. The beautiful mountains and the Pacific Central Station are in clear view as you walk north down Main Street. Other major Canadian cities should take note of Vancouver’s transit system and implement something similar if not identical.
