R	Roy Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, helpful staff, dog friendly (for an extra nightly fee, currently $25 per night to a max of $100 per week), nice kitchenettes with basic pots, plates, bowls, and cutlery, with built-in dishwasher. Spacious rooms at a reasonable price.

The roll away table and chair were dirty with seemed like pop and grease stains from food. The headboard had greasy marks from people sitting up in bed with their heads leaning on the headboard. I just cleaned it myself. I mentioned in the morning of the mess and not cleaned well and was told I should have let them know that night. Never noticed a lot of it until there was more morning light in the room. I won’t be back.

K	Kim Langager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. We stayed 2 nights but were unable to sleep at all due to very rowdy ppl. Night one, slamming doors, raised voices ALL night long. Night 2 same thing 6 am fighting in the room next door to us, complained to front desk and was told police had been called already about the floor above us having disturbances. Had coffee on the main floor at 630 am and witnessed a couple fighting, swearing and being disruptive. Never again. I want my money back!!!
G	G F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a holiday staycation here with family. Absolutely love the large clean rooms. The only issue was we brought our own kitchen utensils, and when we asked the front desk for it we were told that nothing was found.
M	Mitch Dow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newer, nice rooms. Huge bathroom in the 1 bedroom suite, almost wish some of this space was allocated to the main living area. Looks like a nice BBQ and fire pit outside. Pool was decent, but they need some hooks on the wall around the shower and/or in the bathrooms at the pool to hang towels, etc. Pretty good breakfast, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again
Q	Quentin Dosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time we have stayed at the Towne Place Suites. Only for short visits. At check in and out the staff were great. The other staff we didn't really deal with but the brief interactions were good. The beds are always very comfortable. The rooms are always clean. The towels were nice and fluffy. The hotel is situated right near a chain grocery store (maybe 500 yards) which we used. A nice short walk. Although we didn't use them, the hotel has decent promotions from a restaurant and a bar. It is also perfectly situated for travel to other parts of the city and highways. Two problems were that the room temperature was hard to control. This could be due to the extreme cold at the time. Also, the parking lot definitely should have been cleaned of the deep, rutted ice.

The staff were warm, kind and left us feeling that we were staying in a hotel where staff still cares about their guests and their facility. We booked a pet friendly suite. The room was impeccably clean. The amenities were spotless and ample parking for guests. Will be staying here again and recommending to friends and family who visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
