I would actually give them less than 1 star if possible. The building management is so horrible and you will never have contact with anyone in the office. The building and garbage disposal is disgusting with nothing being done about the excessive amounts of trash that doesn't get removed. Storage lockers are constantly being broken into. The suites themselves are nice but if anything goes wrong you have no one to contact.

Not recommended! Trust me.. The current building manager is not availble ALL THE TIME when you need him/her.. See i dont even know if its a he or she, coz he/she wont show up if you need something or raise some concern. Building is so dirty and the surroundings is not maintained...

My husband Ed & myself have lived at Cielo for 3 yrs. We would like to compliment the team here for carrying out the duties in a professional, friendly, informative, quick manner. Thanks Andy, Ashley, Milos, Leidy, Carl, & Denys for everything. I love the flowers in front of the building as well? Susan

STAY AWAY! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Nothing but bad to say about Timbercreek. Absolutely brutal rental company. They charge absurd an amount of rent for a poorly managed building. It’s always dirty. The only time you see management is when it’s time to pay your monthly rent. I just moved out but lived there for a year and a half and they went through 4 community managers in that time period. They took longer than the allowed time to send back my damage deposit back and then they shorted me and are now refusing to pay me back. I will be going to small claims court if they continue to hold my money. Very poor company to be ripping people off in hard economic times like now.

Pretty much an excellent rental experience. Nothing bad to say about them. We rented here for 1 year in a 2BR. Stonebridge is a great neighborhood in Saskatoon!

I only lived here for about 6 months in a 1 bedroom unit. It is a nice place, great area and such. I lived next to one of the building entrances with the elevator room nearby because of that i swear not 5 minutes ever went by where i could not hear people coming in and out of the building making all sorts of loud noises especially late at night. It is a pet friendly building so watch out you will hear people's dogs going off all the time. My Neighbor across from me would leave there dog inside and take off for hours on end and the dog would non stop bark, cry, wine, and claw away at the door until they got home. Your experience might differ though hopefully, it never bothered me to much. The units themselves are nice and show good but they are fairly small. I am not sure how a couple could live in one of these without REALLY liking and tolerating each other as a living room almost doesn't exist but for a single person such as myself it was perfect otherwise. The location of the furnace and AC vents in suite was extremely inefficient and annoying as they were directly above and under the included blinds over the windows and they were very hard to adjust almost not at all and they would make the blinds constantly flap and bang around if u didn't have something up against it. The staff and management are very friendly helpful and great to deal with i had no issues or complaints there. I liked it here and the area very much and i would of stayed but unfortunately the rent (1295$+ power) is way to expensive and i didn't find the place itself to be worth it. I ended up renting another 1 bedroom in the Stonebridge for 300$ Less with all the same suite features and building amentias. AND! I don't have to walk all the way to the other end of the complex to my parking spot witch i also found was kind of not cool considering the location of my suite otherwise but i'm young so i dealt with it lol. Also keep in mind the little room next to the balconies houses the furnace but there is additional storage in the building. Power is generally a bit more expensive here as these are more like condo's then apartments. Hope this helps prospective place hunters, cheers.

An excellent building, and very well managed. We spent a year and a half in a two bedroom unit and we have only good things to say about our time there. The staff and management are always friendly and quick to reply to any issues you may have.

I've lived in Cielo for more than 5 years now, and I call it home! through this time, I've seen different people come and go, and different building and community managers too! What has remained constant is the great experience and consistency. I've always found great support when needed from building managers. The building as well as all the amenities like the gym, mail and garbage rooms are all well-kept. The apartments are roomy and my specific apartment - facing south - stays naturally lit for the entire day. During those 5 years, and with the exponential increase in prices especially since the pandemic hit, I find that the team here have done an amazing job keeping the rent reasonable. You get a lot for what you pay for. I never had a problem with any of the tenants during this period, which also speaks to the effort made by the Cielo managers in selecting the right tenants to live in this place. All in all, I would confidently recommend Cielo as a place to stay if you're looking.
