The ultimate best apartments in Saskatoon. Best service, timely and high quality maintenance, safe and clean building. Very polite and nice staff. I really enjoyed the gym. I think its a great feature. The design and interior or suites is gorgeous when compared to other Apartment properties in the city when considering the cost. Other properties are not even close in terms of design. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a modern and cozy place for rent. Very happy that I stayed with Greyson for over 16 month.

I greatly recommend this place. My spouse and I moved here in February 2021 and lived there for 6 months. The idea was to find a nice place to live with underground parking meanwhile we were building a house. The apartments are beautiful, one of the best in Saskatoon for sure. In the beginning, I was not sure about living in a place with so many apartments because of noise, pets, or just simply people with different habits. I also agree with another reviewer, no noises from the building during the night at all. I will also add that during the day, it was surprisingly quiet. You won't be able to hear the person next door talking or watching TV. Our apartment was on the top floor facing North so right in front of Circle Drive, it took me a while to get use to the noise of the traffic but besides that, everything was just perfect for us. We wanted to live on the top floor to avoid noise coming from the apartments above (because of past experiences). On the other hand, facing North has advantages, it didn’t get too hot in the summer (althoug the AC works fine) and winter was warm because of the heating. Excellent light for work or study in front of a computer. Plus, we also got a great view of the city and enjoyed many sunsets. The good part is that they have apartments facing the four cardinal points, so you have options. Appliances are great, especially the ones in the kitchen. Lots of space to store. Never had an issue in the apartment. The gym was always clean and neat. Scheduled maintenance tasks were always communicated in a timely manner. While we were there they cleaned the garage twice, the windows, and change the filter. I was glad to be living in a place where the maintenance was being made. Denys and Carl were great and went above and beyond to provide a great service. They were always responsive, helpful, and professional. The neighborhood is another plus, you have all the shops you can think of close plus green spaces to walk. The price is totally worth it. I would still be living there if it wasn’t that now we have our house.

I’ve lived here for 3 years since the first day this building was built up. I have to move to Calgary because of working reasons, otherwise, I would stay here for a longer time. This is the best apartment in Saskatoon I would say. Everything in our suite is perfect. No noises during the night at all. It is not cheap but worth it. the living room is really large, so do the two bedrooms. My boyfriend and I were living in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. We don't have to fight every morning. If there is anything need to fix, you just have to submit a maintenance request online and someone will reach you in half day. Denys and Carl, are the best part of living here. You will receive an email back from them in only a couple of hours after your inquiry about something. They provide the best service I have ever experienced. Highly recommended this place!

I liked there for year and half and probably the best rental experience. The people and staff are helpful. Building is clean and maintained regularly. They respond to your inquires right away. I never had to wait more then 5 minutes to get a response back. Great management.

I lived here for more than 2 years between 2019 to 2021. It is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and there is a storage space inside the apartment and another one in the underground. The unit was very clean. The appliances were new and clean. The maintenance responded promptly to our requests. The best thing here was the building manager (Denys) and the leasing consultant (Carl). Denys was always smiling and helpful. The moving out was very easy and they didn't charge us anything. Even after I leaved the province, and even I paid for mail forward, Canada Post didn't forward the mail to our new address, Denys contacted us to see how he can send the mail to us. Conclusion, If I will back to Saskatoon, I will live here again.

I have seen both good and bad reviews about this building. I definitely looked at them before I decided to rent there, and took them into consideration, so I thought I would leave one as well. I have not had any issues with this apartment. So far, maintenance and management has been responsive and helpful when needed. I have specifically had great experiences with Carl and Denys. Carl helped us throughout the leasing process and very kindly put up with the thousands of questions I had, he provided great customer service. Denys is friendly and professional, and anytime my partner and I have spoken with him he's been very helpful. Anytime we've had even minor maintenance issues, building maintenance is sent quickly and does a good job, which is a big step up from our last rental and something I love about this building. The walls between suites are thick enough that I typically don't hear anything from other tenants besides the odd noise of furniture being pushed around or something dropped from the tenants above me. In suite washer and dryer is nice, dishwasher is a good perk, and the pet policy is great for a nicer apartment building. Any complaints I have would be regarding other tenants, but even then I have very few. The odd time tenants don't clean up after their pets, leave litter in the stairwells, are loud in the hallways, or park in your assigned spot. Most of my interactions with other tenants have been pleasant however, even when the only reason we are interacting has been to ask them to keep quiet at 2am. Overall I would recommend living here, the cost is decent, building management is supportive, and other tenants are mostly friendly.

Look no further! This should be your next home! Truly a perfect place to reside! The management team are impeccable, friendly and very professional!!! The maintenance team ensure the building is diligently kept up! The cleaning staff are diligent and always ensures the building looks pristine. The apartments are spacious with luxurious cathedral ceilings, laundry facilities, AC and a cozy kitchen island. Very bright and highly recommended. I lived in this building from 2019 to 2021, so I can say share everything good and bad I experienced during these years. Pros: - Appliances: All kitchen appliances are in mint condition because the building has been built in 2018. - In-suite laundry: Washer and Dryer available in the suite. - On-site management: The management office is located on the ground floor so you can go there to talk directly with the Building Manager, who is a very nice guy. - Storage: Each unit has an underground storage unit that is really useful for storing winter tires, boxes, etc. - Underground heated parking: this is the best thing of this building. Saskatoon's temperature gets below -30 celsius during the winter so it's awesome to have this. Cons: - Air Conditioner: The AC is included but you can't turn it on whenever you want because it depends on the central AC which is on only during summer. Therefore I recommend you to avoid units facing the afternoon sun because they got up to 28 celsius during some days of spring. - Noise: I recommend to avoid apartments facing the parking lot so you won't hear noises cause by vehicles with loud music nor people speaking out loud. - Price: It's higher than similar buildings in other regions but I think Stonebridge itself is a more expensive place to live.
