One of the best managed company. We really liked the parking space for visitors which most of the apartments does not have. Also the apartment is close to grocery stores and all the essentials you need. Maintenance was done quickly when needed.I will definitely recommend wellington manor for those are moving to an apartment.

We can't but say that being a tenant here at the Wellington Manor has been extraordinary to my family and i. Beautiful and serene neighbourhood at the centre of all that you want (just a stroll to malls, gas station, banks, SGI, etc), a one stop shop for all your needs. The Manager (Vardan) is such a wonderful personality, readily available to render assistance anyhow possible. Wellington Manor is indeed a home for us.

I moved into the Wellington Manor after a thorough search of properties in the Rosewood area and I must say, it was the best decision. These are some of the advantages living at Wellington offers; Close to amenities such as a bank, drug store, gas station, grocery store, SGI, etc. Did I mention that the bus stops right in front of my entrance! that is so cool. The building is neat, the walkway is always cleared of snow and the apartment is very clean. Maintenance is almost instant. What's more, the building manager Mr. Vardan Gevorgyan is one of the most professional handlers of a property I have had to relate with. If you are new to Canada and you find yourself in Saskatoon, look no further.

I lived here from 2018-2021. Pros: the location was great (dog park, walking trails, grocery, circle drive…). Secure (ish) building. Didn’t always feel super safe when the outside doors weren’t locking (and had a couple run-ins with non-residents sneaking in or just hanging out in the lobby), but the doors got fixed and this became less of a problem. The people who worked there were very kind at time I met them (new people seemed to come in frequently by the end of my time there). Cons: pay a lot to have a dog, without really any benefit (as time went on, felt less welcome, but I won’t get into it). Not as much of an issue at certain times, but know that a good amount of people may be afraid of dogs (even dogs that are just going about their business and paying the people no mind). I had kids run screaming as me and my dog came up stairs, walked by on the sidewalk, or got off the elevator, which is an excellent way to get barked at or (unfortunately) bitten. There should be a discussion with non-dog owners that there are dogs living there and maybe little flyers put up about being smart around dogs (people from some other countries have very different views of and experiences with dogs, many of whom reside here). I got dinged with many charges upon move-out regarding my damage deposit. Most of the charges were not due to my negligence or caused by me, but were issues since I moved in but I failed to complain or note them (things like bad/unfinished patch jobs on walls, paint drips, broken blinds…). These things are (or should be) noted by management when you move in upon your walk-through. To ensure you aren’t blamed in the end, make sure you aren’t just being polite. Mark down every little thing because it’ll bite you in the end :) Finally, I moved out because I couldn’t rightfully continue paying increasing rent, with each new lease, when I could buy a home and pay the same amount each month and have a big yard.

The location is perfect with stores and other services close at hand. The building management is very responsive and helpful. I had a problem with my dishwasher leaking and a maintenance person came quickly and fixed the problem. When I applied for an apartment at Wellington Manor last summer the application process is on line and I found it a bit difficult to navigate but the property manager, Vardan Gevorgyan was very helpful and patient. I have liked living at Wellington Manor and I would recommend it to others.

As a resident my family has felt safe in this place. I would highly recommend this apartment for any new comer as it is very close to the bus stop, gas station, grocery shops other stores around this property. The service and maintenance requests are addressed promptly by the property manager . This makes a good home.

Wellington Manor Apartments at Lakewood is a great place to live, especially for newcomers in Saskatoon, Canada. Very welcoming neighbors, dog friendly, no discrimination and it's an affordable apartment. One of the reasons I like the apartments is the promptness of the managers and maintenance team to make repairs and maintenance of the property when due or repaired. More so, I like the fact that it is accessible to a lot of amenities, eateries, liquor store, clinics, supermarkets, parks, worship center and many more. This is also one of the reasons I never hesitate to refer friends and family to live in Wellington Manor Apartments.
