★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. Although one th8ng I would say is that I didn't see any wheelchair accesiblity, I could be wrong but there is handicap parking as well as visitor parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Dec. 2016, I was one of the first suites to be owned and occupied in this new condo building. The interior of the suites is lovely with modern high-end lighting, quartz stone countertops, etc. Big windows let in lots of light. The underground parking is a perk I can't live without in our Sask. climate. Mail delivered inside the building is a great convenience too. A large fitness room is located on the ground floor. We have private balconies (enclosed on 3 sides). Two elevators (one at each end of the center wing). I am giving Saratoga Condos a 4 Star rating because, as with all new construction, it takes time to get everything looking just right and running efficiently. The Developer is committed to the success of the project, so that is always a good sign. The landscaping should be completed this month (July 2018). A fenced enclosure for the outdoor waste and recycle bins is next. Soon I will be as proud of the outdoor area as I am of my condo suite.
