Elim Church is a church community located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Together we are on a journey to be more like Jesus. Join us online for our services on Saturday at 6:30PM CST and Sundays at 9:00AM and 10:15AM! In-person services are Sunday at 9:00AM and 10:15AM.
About Elim Church

Elim’s beginnings go back to small house meetings in the early part of 1917. With growth came a need for a new meeting place, and a storefront was rented on the 600 Block of 20th Street. Property was then purchased on Idylwyld and 25th St, and became Elim's home.
The congregation eventually outgrew that facility and a new building was built on the same site in the 1960’s. Further growth necessitated another move in the 1970’s, this time to the 8th Street location.
We moved into our current state-of-the-art facility in 2012, where we are blessed to be able to share it with our community and the city of Saskatoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This church is fabulous. Worship service that is worshipful, not just entertaining. A fantastic children's ministry that really is second-to-none. Great people to be around and valuable life-messages every week. And the outreach into the community and surrounding communities is powerful. I spent some time at a variety of congregations in the city before I locked onto this one. But no facility is one-size-fits-all. There are reasons we have so many gathering places in any one commuity: Convenience, size, specialization (missional, children's ministry, outreach, etc), worship style, and so on. Elim may or may not fit your needs, but it is definately worth looking into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don't enjoy this church because its not all inclusive. I've had bad experiences going there I don't feel Included, especially there's so much clichés in youth groups and segregations. No different than high school because quiet youths often get left behind and forgotten and not asked to be included. I'm also a member in the LGBTQ community I don't feel supported but more excluded because of it. This place is not Queer friendly for any queer folks attending. Segregation is not okay and I don't want to go to this church for the sake of my own safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my church. It's like a family here. Great worship and always important message from God's word which continues working on you soul during the week. Great opportunity to go to the Service on Saturday night if you work shifts and can't attend Sunday service.

The atmosphere is just amazing. I definitely recommend this Church. As soon as you enter; you'll never want to leave ❤ I've met so many amazing people here.
