★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really disappointed with the staff & the way they deal with things, sad i had to change my review, faulty building and you should know the doors & steps make the whole place shake. extremely annoyed.
braden & the cleaning lady are angels and so kind and very positive, everyone else is stuck up and extremely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor more like super rude . Dude a stuck up arrogant man who is the worst. There is few good workers and that man is Brayden he was professional and made sure everyone felt comfortable, I saw that man busylt his tail off so many times for people who were not happy with the living space. I saw that man work so hard and everyone else I hardly see, there is another dude and he's good and the cleaning ladies. uand This place is a scam , the location is not rosewoods its right outside that area, the pricing for apartments is whack considering its quality of rooms and doors. The amount of problems with whoever made this place, there is a door stopper on the outside where the door does not open.
Living right by the tracks and I mean attached to them makes the whole place shake. The train always blows its horn cause there is a road so it's finally blaring from 1 onwards. The joke of a place and the stuck up Ness of Taylor has made me post this review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We signed a one year lease but the place was super noisy and impossible to live! The management do not care about the tenants! I asked them many time about the noises and did not recieve any response!
I was also locked up on the gym and no one cares!
I had to move out in a 20 days of move in!
Avoid renting with this comoany at any cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PARKING IS PAID but, No security cameras in the parking lot, they say THOSE CAMERAS DOESN'T WORK.
Car thieves can break-in your Car.(it happened with 4 cars in 1 night in september).
Accessible door is always turned off.I personally reported this issue thrice to management, but they give excuse "other buildings doesn't even have accessible door".It's so hard to open that heavy door when you are carrying a baby.
I am paying premium rent, Only plus point is it's clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious; power bills are extremely high here. Rent for a one bedroom is 1360, however my power bills for the last 4 months have been 180, 350, 240 and 240. Now I live alone and work most days. I don’t keep everything running and my heat is set to auto, as per managers advice. I requested for maintenance as I thought it was a heating issue. They said they fixed it but the bills are still this high. I asked around to verify and other tenants pay this much as well. People allow their animals to defecate near the entrances even though the property manager put out a letter saying not to. Property manager is polite and understanding. The building maintenance keeps the place clean besides all the animal fecal matter at the entrances (because people should be responsible for their pets).
