* there have been broken tiles in the elevator for 4 years.
* the carpet on the 4th floor is dusgusting and has been such for 4 years
* NOISE in the parking lot 24/7
* staff uses residents' parking spots and make YOU look like an evil person who aren't nice
* for their price, go somewhere else where you will be treated with dignity

We have a beautiful view from our apartment.Natalie from the management team is such a lovely person who helped us with quite a lot of things from Day 1 especially with the settlement.Wonderful people work here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction began a month into my lease and wakes me up at 5 every morning. On top of that, my uint is right next to the stair well and people don't seem to grasp the concept of not stomping when descending. Worst of all, the unit above me seems to march around 24 hours of the day and is constantly keeping me annoyed. Trying to find a way to legally break my lease so I can move asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we moved out of there 3 years ago, we had a few things left around the apartment, but gave maintenance permission to enter till we got everything out. I had a $100 laser level on the closet shelf that was stolen. I recommend not allowing maintenance into your apartment unless you are there to watch things. A $100 laser level doesn't just walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windsor is a great place to live! The apartment units are spacious, have insuite laundry, a dishwasher, and access to a balcony. The included parking spot is a nice addition, as well as having the option to rent an additional spot at a low cost. The staff are very friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. The website offers quick and easy ways to pay rent, place a maintenance request, as well as check out the monthly virtual events put on by Weidner. The location is fantastic, as there are many grocery stores, restaurants, fitness facilities and more all in walking distance. It's close to Circle Drive and College Drive, allowing quick access to the university and pretty much anywhere else you may need to go in the city. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so pleased at how quickly I felt at home here! All of the staff are very professional and responsive, and made us feel so welcome when we moved in. The on-site management and maintenance crew are friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. The suites are comfortable, with in-suite laundry and decent storage space. And it's great to be within close walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, fitness centres, and walking trails, with easy access to Circle and McOrmond. Great value in a great area of the city!
