★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bathroom, beds, pool and breakfast. 2 complaints are no area for people waiting for elevator. Lax covid protocol for check in. TV and remote were not well synced as sasktel guide would appear but non responsive to change channels. Do better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression was good but our room had food left in the fridge and dirty towels left in the bathroom. I told the gentleman at the front desk and he just said ok?!?!?!?!?!?!
Needless to say we won't be back :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 3 and 6 year old for a mini vacation over the weekend. The hotel was great! Excellent customer service, rooms were nice, comfy and clean and the pool and waterslide were perfect for us. Would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels in the bathroom.
On the surface the rooms and hotel are nice and clean; however I got down on the floor to pick something up and discovered an entire candy store on the floor between the mattress and bedframe - skittles and sour candy soothers. None of which belonged to my sweet little angels ?. The pictures don't look too bad because my 7 year old took them. Once I noticed the candy I had a closer look and found chips under the nightstand and more candy under the credenza across from the beds. Under the second bed I found a water bottle and a bunch of wadded up kleenex - what was on that is anybody guess ??.
Now service...not terrible; I asked for a late check out from one of our rooms and the request was obliged and we areived about half an hour eay for check in and that was not a problem. However, when we were at the pool and the front desk was asked for more towels for the pool area as there were none, the agent rolled his eyes and said he'd try to find some. I also pointed out the issues with cleanliness on our way out and got an "oh I'm sorry". I guess I just expected better for the price of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed at this hotel with our family .The rooms were clean & comfortable.The service was great !! Our grandsons enjoyed the waterside and swim. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful ! Thank you to the management & staff for a job well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room(s) were absolutely disgusting. We found cheese (not ours) on our sons bed that had clearly been there a while. Our second room looked like a very poorly cleaned up murder scene. Walls were disgusting. We ended up leaving. Gave them two stars because the front desk guy was so kind! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until they up their cleaning standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently stayed for a ringette tournament and the staff was more than accommodating with the girls' shenanigans. Staff did well keeping up with the breakfast rush from 3 teams each morning. And kept the towels stocked as fast as possible in the pool. Thanks for the great stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good, Hotel was great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the Continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The bad, the other groups of people in the rooms around us were VERY loud with their doors wide open running back and forth using the hallway as a race track. The flooring in the pool area was very odd. Almost like a recycled rubber mulch that's very odd to walk on with bare feet. It crumbles under your feet when you walk on it and it sticks to your feet. It also makes the bottoms of your feet black. Make sure to bring sandals along. Other than that this hotel is very well located with restaurants and other stores nearby.
