I found a bed bug on my bed as I was getting ready to go to sleep tonight! I called the front desk to let them know & they offered to move me to another room but I declined. I took the bug downstairs with me to show them when I was leaving, the guy behind the desk told me I couldn't leave it there but I did, I wasn't taking their pets anywhere with me. I also mentioned to a couple guests what I had found in my room, hopefully they'll think twice about staying there next time!

Please don’t stay here. If the front staff see that you are one bit upset they’ll lash out on you. If you do not have a credit card they charge your debit a $500 deposit + your room chargers & make you wait until your room is thoroughly rummaged through after checkout. One of the front desk staff swore at me and tried to say she never swore at me but it was a good thing another lady was there to confirm. Hopefully the security cameras caught it. They would not give me their names when I wanted to file a complaint they just continued to raise their voices at me & did not want to listen to me. What happened to the customer is always right? Never staying here again and I advise others not to as well.

The room itself is dull and desperately needs a remodel. Bathroom was dirty - somebody else's hair was on the shower walls. We saw multiple people walking around with no masks on. The room isn't soundproof AT ALL. Kids and adults yelling late at night - we could also hear the people walking around above us. Sketchy and drunk people hanging out by the lobby and right outside the front doors. My boyfriend walked outside and was immediately approached and asked if he had an extra smoke. Definitely wouldn't suggest this hotel, and we won't be back!

My husband and I have faithfully stayed at the Four Points for nearly a decade, but this last time around the hotel is really beginning to show its age. The rooms are beginning to look very dated and are in desperate need for a deep clean. The bathroom once spotless now has tattered bath mats and dirty grout. Housekeeping seems to be tired, and I don’t know if it’s because of covid protocol, but they never graced our room once for a touch up doing our four day stay. There is also a lot of riffraff hanging around the lobby and hallways at night and we were woken up several times to people / children running around the halls at 3-4am with no security, talking loudly or cussing. The last straw though was the last night one of the (many) interesting guests pulled the fire alarm and woke the entire hotel at 4:15am. Resulting in the fire alarm blaring for an hour before things settled back down. We didn’t necessarily feel unsafe but definitely ill at ease as there was several arguments going on outside of our room. There was no repercussions (to our knowledge) for poor behaviour, No compensation for guests, and no call to our room to ensure us it was just a false alarm. The front staff are fine, this is a management problem. Unfortunately I can see in the coming years with the way it’s progressing the hotel turning into a slum. The location is amazing but this last visit was reprehensible and has turned us off for life.

Used to love this place. Had great staff and low damage deposit cost that was payable in cash. But now I've stayed there and had a bad experience with them charging a ridiculous amount for a purse dog that never left the purse and was only visiting my room. Also my vehicle was stolen from there and that was the worst nightmare of my life. The staff was rude to me, they called the cops to report it but wouldn't give me access to the internet which I needed to track it but they made the experience 10 times worse. They let low lives lurk around breaking into cars and stealing them so not sure what happened to my favorite hotel

Good location for what I was doing in Saskatoon. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was not easy to operate as you had to turn the tap to exactly the right position to prevent being scalded. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Hotel was full of young hockey players who were noisy at times in the corridor, but not to the point of reporting to the hotel. All quiet by 23:00

I had planned to stay here for four nights but only stayed for one because the room was far too filthy for my liking and comfort! The room carpets and bathroom floor was dirty and there was hair! The housekeeping lady and the guest services agents were extremely pleasant, however the Four Points (Saskatoon and Regina) are no-go places when it comes to cleanliness!

Pros; -Convenient location for my reason for being in Saskatoon. -Check in staff were pleasant and genuine -Restaurant person was efficient and take away dinner order was ready in 15 minuets as promised Cons; -Room had a bad musty/moldy smell that got much worse the longer I stayed -Room must have been a former smoking room and the smell of that is in the carpet and furniture -Hotel appeared to be full of social housing recipients. While I understand the need for this, said recipients who are provided housing don't seem to appreciate their given support. They are disrespectful to the property and other guests. Noise all hours, day and night. Stomping and running down the hallways. Trash and liquor bottles strewn in the public spaces. Much of which was left in place during my entire stay. I assume that the property is being fairly compensated for these people. In my opinion, sufficient staff and policies should be put in place so that both these "residents" and transient paying customers can both enjoy the property and feel respected. Until this is done, I won't be back.
