K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to sleep at. The painting above the headboard fell on one side while my newborn was on the bed. Maintenance shouldn't cheap on any repairs in a room. People pay for a good night's rest not worrying whats gonna break or fall on them during the stay. The walls were disgusting, by the entrance there was a bit of blood left on the wall. The ac unit vent where the airflow through was on the floor when we walked in. And the toilet had black mold on it...when my husband went to inform front desk of all this she nodded but didn't send anyone to repair or clean anything. Will never recommend this place or let anyone i know sleep here.
T	Tristan Sparvier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely great, unfortunately this hotel is attracting an unsavory crowd these days. Stayed here frequently in the past but will not stay again. Stayed on a Tues, Wed, Thurs. On Wednesday and Thursday nights people up stairs started partying at around 330 am until 6 am. Lots of unsavory characters some carrying weapons. Found a knife in the parking lot one evening and the next morning a young man burst out the back doors and dropped a knife as he was fleeing the hotel. Great staff just turning into a rough place. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
R	Richi Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be deceived by the cheap price and pictures. It’s not worth it. Cleanliness 1/5. Facilities 1/5. Bathroom 1/5. Furnitures are old and not in good condition. Towels and shower curtain doesn’t look new or good.

Called his manager for help .. finally check in sensor hallway light by the bathroom would not stay off , no help again checked out at 230am no Sleep

The hotel smells musty and housekeeping sprays way too much febreeze to try to combat that. The bathroom tap dripped nonstop, the carpet was clearly dirty. The environment was unsafe and dirty. At checkout I was charged for towels because of a little bit of dirt that would EASILY wash out. I will not be staying here again. Definitely bring your own towels! The only good thing was the comfortable bed that you can find at other hotels that are both more safe and clean

Poor management to leave this girl to work on her own the night before Halloween. The lobby was full! People are here from out of town to see shows, attend parties, see family.. I think it's safe to assume you'd need more staff. After she left there was one guy and he was constantly on the phone, running around like a chicken with its head cut off. He did not have access or time to get any of the guest what they needed. I cannot stress enough that I do not blame the staff.. I blame management for not staffing properly. The staff did their best with what they had. Also I appreciate the white linens but if the bleach isn't getting the stains out anymore it's time for new linens.
L	Linda M Peagam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good: beds comfortable. Less quality than a ‘No frills’ hotel. Bad: Bed looked unmade. no bedspread. Sheets not tucked. Pillows hard. Had to ask both days for extra coffee pods. And towels. Never fresh soaps. Never any Kleenex. No vacuuming done. And they inspected room before giving back damage deposit. Do not stay here.
B	Brittany Derksen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE!! Room keys last 2 hours now. And while packing up the truck, which is right out the door, we were robbed. All valuables gone. 2 cartons of smokes. Passports. Money. Wedding rings. Power cords. They took all the bags available. Not even 30 seconds between loads. Doors closed. Good gravy they knew what they were doing! Told the front desk. Shoulder shrug. Awesome! Worst hotel ever!
