N	Nicolas Morissette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place where you should book more than 1 night to enjoy the amenities. The pool and the baths are very nice and clean. The bistro and restaurant are both very good and the staff was friendly. It was a bit expensive but I went in high season so its expensive everywhere.
J	James Giroux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay. The split level room is a great feature. The fireplace in the living room brings out that zen feeling. It has everything for you. Bbq on your balcony, small kitchen area. The pools and 5 spas are really well maintained. After going in the spa then into the sauna, I tried the yurt. I laid out on the lounge chair and fell asleep twice. The staff are more than friendly and do speak both English and French. Our breakfast was delicious as was our supper. Everyone's supper was rated 10/10. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Spa area was not relaxing with loud people and kids running around. Pool was ok. Very unlikely I will stay there again.

L	Lilla Szatmary-Ban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is close to Mont Orford where we went skiing. Also the hotel is welcoming dogs and the location of our room made it very easy to handle my dog. We would like to go back at Summer to try the outdoor pool.
A	ALAIN BOURGET on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located. Our room need renovation. Windows are leaking and since we were in the cold season and heating system wasn't enough. Bathroom need renovation also. Personel were fine. I will find a other place next time.
I	Iana Chtro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a cute place with nice amneties and nice rooms! However, the cash value money that they are giving you is really odd and uneasy to use. Our food was once delayed and wasn't as high quality, so we chose to opt out from tipping but the person who delivered the food demanded we leave her a tip and even told us how much she expected from us. We found it very odd and rude, we ended up leaving a tip, but if the food is burn a bit & came in 20min late... we also took the massages, they were good but the rooms were FREEZING, they couldn't change the temperature but she ended up bringing me another blanket. It does take off the experience..but the staff were very nice and Professional!

It had everything we needed to be self-sufficient but also had a restaurant and a breakfast room if we preferred to dine out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in kiosk was very efficient and I didn't have to wait in line to check in. We enjoyed the hot tubs, sauna and yurt which we all very well maintained. The price was similar to other hotels that didn't have these added amenities or the large accommodations so was very good value for money. We will be planning another stay in the future.
