I stop at the subway in Stonebridge. Always amazed at how fresh the veggies are. The people serving are always friendly and efficient. Good variety and they don't make them stingy cheap little sandwiches that are full of nothing. Love Subway. Keep up the great work

Your staff is really rude. Just went in there at 5:00 pm (September 25, 2021). We went there twice. One of your staff has constantly been rude to every customer that I have seen, including us. Not going there anymore and would recommend others not to.

This subway, I think, is one of the worst ones you can go too. The service is poor, and the food is mushy, cold, very badly proportioned, and made me and the others that were with me, want to vomit. I don’t think I’ve ever been here ONCE, where I’ve had a good experience. Worst part is, I use to work in the subway franchise, but this ruined it all for me.

Your staff is really very rude. I visited on July 9 at 05:45 pm one of the girl was staring at me very rudely and when I told her to grill my sandwich..omg I can't explain her bad reaction. Not packed properly.If they don't want to work don't put them.

Went in today. Ordered a meat ball sub and the counter attendant Lucy told me I have to get them from the back. I asked if they were still frozen. She lied and said no and then proceeded to throw them in the microwave. She put them on my sub and then put the sub into the toaster. Finished making my sub and I sat down to eat and the meatballs were still cold and not even warm at all. So I took my sub up and told her the meatballs were cold and I will just get something else. Not once did she apologize and in fact looked mad that I bought it back and then wouldn’t look at me after that while making my sub. Shame on you Lucy. Don’t work customer service if your not going to do your job right and then treat customers bad when they want what they are paying for. All around a bad experience and I will not be returning to this location.

We bought 4 subs. 3 were good and the other one was hard and burnt. When I called to make them aware, the person was very unhelpful.

There isn't very many subways left near me so I go to this one when I have a craving. Some of the staff make sloppy subs with ingredients all over the place. And when I order online I request in the comments to add hot sauce and pineapple (both of which are not options when ordering online with the app) and they don't ever add them. I guess it's my fault for expecting the staff to read special requests on online orders, since they never do and it's pointless to have this as an option. Once again I picked up my online order and the sub is missing these ingredients. Very disappointing.
