We visited Manoir des Sables on our vacation. There is a lot of services to offer at this Manoir. Golf, pool, lake, tennis, water activities and more. Our family enjoyed the amenities at this resort. The outside of the building could definitely use some TLC, and the rooms are nothing special to brag about. We will be returning in the future.

Terrible experience. Pillows are DIRTY. Coffee Mugs are DIRTY. I have pictures. The RUDEST customer service experience I have ever had. No RESPECT of PRIVACY; at midnight room service guy opened the door of the room to tell us that we did not declare the dog!!! I WAS SOO SHOCKED AND TERRIFIED seeing a STRANGER coming into the room at MIDNIGHT. We paid extra to have the dog with us. It's even mentioned on the receipt. He didn't even give himself the chance to verify the information he has on file. He didn't even knock at the door. He didn't call on the phone in the room!!! He Just opened the door and came in yelling. Can you imagine that????!!! 1 Star is too much but I have to put a rating

Good hotel however the design seems like its mixed between being stuck in the 90s and more modern design. It's weird. Still a good place.

What a nice surprise to have booked a standard queen room and be upgraded to a king suite! The room was very spacious and clean with an absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. The mattress and pillows were comfortable (not too soft, not too hard) and every staff member that we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. The spa was great as well! We had been looking around at a few spa hotels and were able to stay here for two nights for almost the same price as one night elsewhere so very good value for what you get!

It's a nice place to stay if you're not bringing many people. The pool and hot tub are nice. They could use a little more workers though. They were out of towels, and the hot tub and pool water weren't treated properly.

This a very tired looking hotel. The scenery is picturesque but the facility needs help. The rooms smell musty and one even smelled of cigarettes. The pool and spas closed at 9:30 pm. Especially on a long weekend with kids, we would have appreciated the facilities shutting down later. Our bathroom also had mold. Overall, this is not a hotel I would come back to unless they had completely renovated.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. This hotel was a complete disappointment. First of all, the staff were very dry and rude. Secondly, we were expecting a fireplace outside (near the spa) as the pictures showed, but it was closed. This is ridiculous considering the fact that we are in March and the weather is ideal for this activity. The spa area was not clean at all. The spa outside was not even hot and I politely ask the staff if it was normal and if I was possible to fix it, but no help at all, as expected. Before reserving our stay, we called the reception to ask about the restaurant and how it worked, but they said that they did not know if it was open or closed, but they said that it was probably open and that we could be transferred to check. Obviously, it was impossible to get in touch with someone and get informed by phone. At our arrival, it ended up being closed. The hotel did not have a pleasant ambience. We expected a nice reception area as the pictures indicated, but the fireplace was closed. We also expected to be able to get a drink in the evening, or even a good coffee in the morning, but once again, it was closed. I understand that hotels are understaffed, but considering the number of people that were present in the hotel, it should not be that difficult to make your guests feel welcomed. At the end of our stay, we politely asked if we could be referred to someone in order to discuss our stay and they said that we would get a call. No news, so we sent an email, but still no news.

I do not recommend at all! This was a major disappointment. We were there from May 14th-18th. The hotel first of all is half-open, half-closed (but prices are full of course). The restaurant is only open in the morning (and the breakfast is of poor quality). The bar is completely closed. The outdoor pool is closed. No activities by the lake (and the staff does not even know what is going on - either they have not been informed or they have been told not to say anything - no idea). No access to the game room. The room was like a very old student apartment, rather than a hotel room. Overall, the hotel is not well maintained. The sauna, spa, and indoor pool area were not clean. The only positive is the location - the lake is beautiful and the area is great. Just find a better hotel or Airbnb in the area. I can also see other people have had similar comments - so management is clearly aware and not doing anything about it.
