My husky Balto enjoyed his first water experience with his friends and had a blast! We also go in the winter. BBalto and his buddy Oreo love exploring in the woods!

Truly beautiful piece of nature to walk your dog (or just yourself) in. Many of the dog walkers help keep this place clean of litter. There are ticks and wild animals to watch out for, especially early morning or late evening.

Great place for dog walks in the summer or winter. You can go down the riverbank and there's a big flood plain that is often sandy. You can stay at the top and walk through prairie, or walk into the trees and bush. There's a Grove of Manitoba maples. You sometimes find neat stuff in the trees like a human sized bird nest, or someone's leftover wedding decor. It's a place you can stay for 30 mins, a couple hours, or all day. If you have a picnic please don't leave your chicken bones because dogs will eat it.

My favorite dog park in Saskatoon. It is huge!!! Lots of options on which way to walk, you can walk the fence line, the tree line, one of the numerous trails that weave through the forest, or take the trail straight down to the beach on the river. Keep an eye out for moose and coyotes!

Gorgeous and sizable park with river access. I don’t have a dog, but I still enjoy the walking the trails and experiencing vicarious dog ownership. Nothing better than the joyful look on a dog’s face while they’re exploring off-leash.
