★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is super clean & staff are amazing. I give it 4 stars because there is a horder tenant on my floor that I have personally witnessed damaging property (ie. Spilling cat litter, breaking doors & outdoor tile, spilling coffee and not cleaning it, opening a past tenants mail and leaving it all over the common area). There is also a tenant whom smokes marijuana out on then balcony by my unit. This is a non smoking, non vape, non marijuana building with multiple signs all over the building reminding tenants which includes not allowd on balconies or near entrances or windows or any sort..... can't wait until they move out. We specifically moved here because of the non smoking rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building manager, Rodrigo, often goes above and beyond his role by helping out with extras. When there is a maintenance issue he follows up quickly and arranges for proper trades people to come fix it. Great guy to have looking after my home at Baydo Flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building, made even better by the building manager. Rodrigo went above and beyond to be accommodating with any situation, and would even bring packages to my apt door if they were left at the front of the building. The building is very well managed and again, the staff were amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is quiet, safe and clean. The best part is the management. Rodrigo has been amazing every step of the way! I have now lived in 2 separate apartment buildings managed by him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new place!

The building is clean, the area is nice no issues, their corporate office (Colliers - Lindsay) is great to work with and the building manager, Rodrigo, has always been accommodating when needing assistance. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, modern buildings in a great neighborhood. Always kept clean and orderly. Walls in building can be a little thin, sound travelled a lot but thankfully my neighbors were mostly very quiet. The people at Colliers are very nice, polite, and responsive to questions. Rodrigo is the best building manager one could hope for! He's super responsive and was very fair with my damage deposit when I moved out. Awesome guy! Overall a great place to live.
