β β β β β Stayed at this hotel for our first trip post-pandemic and it was wonderful! Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly, and all the other guests were wearing masks. The parking is a little pricey, but it was nice to have a guaranteed spot to leave our car. Super close to everything, and the hot tub and heated pool were amazing. We had an issue with our smoke alarm during our stay and the staff quickly had it fixed within the hour. Definitely recommend for the price and quality!!

β β β β β Lovely hotel! The loft suites were great! Unfortunately there was an issue with the pull out bed that injured a family member, but the staff handled it really well, and compensated. The location of the hotel is fantastic! Would absolutely stay here again!

β β β β β It's easy to focus on other hotels like Fairmont and the likes. And they are excellent hotels. But this one. Really hard to beat on the value, location and experience.
Location...right in the Whistler village. How can you go wrong.
Experience...staff is really really friendly and helpful. It truly is a pleasure to talk to anyone if them.
Value ... hopefully they'll continue to keep this in mind going forward because given the price and place, this hotel is also clean and it feels very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Whistler.

β β β β β Overall it was a great stay and I would visit again. You canβt beat the location - itβs right in front of the mountain gondolas and many restaurants are within a short walking distance.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and tidy. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and sauna (need to reserve to use sauna). If you are skiing they have a complimentary ski valet service you can take advantage of.
Some things I did not like include no breakfast, room thermostat control was limited (it either got too cold or too warm, fan always on full force even when I selected low heat/cool), and the mattress seemed quite old. I did not have much problems, just minor concerns for me.

β β β β β This is a great place to be in whistler. It is within 5 min of the ski lifts and ticket areas and right in the middle of the village walk. The rooms are generous in size, there is a decent sized pool and hot tub on the property, and a sauna. We go with kids and one big plus is the old spaghetti factory being downstairs. Thereβs also a Starbucks on the mezzanine level. Parking is tight and in an underground garage but then thatβs the case most places in whistler. Service is top notch and so we donβt see a reason to stay elsewhere when in whistler.

β β β β β We had an amazing experience at The Crystal Lodge - all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always asking about our day, giving us tips on the best places to grab food, or where to ride.
Our room was very clean and tidy, a large king size bed, and a nice deep bath. Pool & hot tub facilities were spot on and the valet service for our snowboards was great!
Will definitely visit again!

β β β β β Stayed in the Three Bedroom Suite and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the hot tub and pool were great. Great location within walking distance to pretty much everything. The hotel is dog friendly which is a bonus. The views from the Three Bedroom Suite were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. The bike rental shop is also a bonus if you do not have a bike.
Each bedroom had their own A/C which was nice as some people I were staying with did not like a cooler room and I did. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Whistler, B.C.

β β β β β Like most hotels during COVID, rooms are only cleaned once every four days. It would have been nice if there hadn't been clothing left behind a chair from the previous guests though!
Otherwise, the rooms were nice, nothing special. Staff were super friendly, which is great! The pool / hot tub were nice, but don't expect to be able to use them from about 4-6 as they are filled with younger adults drinking. The hot tub was also very, very low on water the whole time we were there, and though we mentioned it, it didn't seem to get refilled.
It was nice to have the ski concierge downstairs, it really made things convenient!
