The hotel is in a fantastic position to enjoy all that Whistler has to offer and I was made to feel like one of the family during my stay. A first class hotel with first class service.
A	Aaron Pahl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the hotel were friendly and the location is great. Why a low star rating? The resort charges a $25 + tax resort fee. If you book through a third party site (Whistler.com in my case) the resort fee is not part of your initial charge. The resort fee is added to your outstanding balance when you check out. I caution others to take this into consideration when booking your stay. It’s hard to justify paying the resort fee when the hot tub is the smallest I’ve seen at any hotel. There are a number of hotels in the Whistler village to choose from. From my experience, there was no perk of staying at the Hilton to justify the additional resort fee. Parking is also quite high at $37+tax per day.
J	Joseph A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was fine. Somehow my wife managed to book 2 double beds. They wanted an extras $150 a night for a king size. Wasn’t that busy if a weekend. The main deterrent for me was the TINY hot tub out side. I have been in personal hot tubs at friends houses bigger. And this is for hundreds of guests. Waaaaaay too small. It also seemed like there were several “guests” at the inside hot tub that were most likely not staying at the hotel. Maybe they have a buddy who works there. That’s fine. I don’t care at all. But they were incredibly loud and obnoxious, and my wife ended leaving as it was not relaxing at all. Don’t know if I would stay here again.
A	Amir Faizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay for a family getaway. Stayed at a studio with beautiful view of mountain. The room had everything you can think of. Full kitchen with dishes and soap and everything in between. Rooms were set and cleaned everyday without even asking as per pre-covid times.... it was just an amazing shock to come back to a tidied up room after the day out skiing. Nice fireplace, gave it a calm vibe at nights. Staff are all friendly and cordial. Thanks for the great experience.

We can’t wait to come back in a few weeks (June 13) for our next trip. We come to Whistler for the mountain biking and let me tell you this hotel is in the most convenient spot. Great for our kids!! The pool is such a nice temperature. The staff are super accommodating. As a local we even get discontented parking at times. What more could you ask for with this place. Clean sheets, amazing staff. They are so patient with us and our kids!! Again can’t wait to be coming back really soon!!
W	Walter Krawec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much enjoyed my family stay at the Hilton Whistler. It is a very comfortable and cozy place to stay, with a great location. We had a king studio with a comfortable fold out bed. The room vas very spacious with lots of space, we appreciated the kitchenette with dishwasher although it is not stocked with anything besides dishes and cutlery. You'll even have to bring salt and pepper. The room had a nice fireplace. The only knock on the room was that it was dark all day... you had to keep the lights on at all times. Service was pleasant and housekeeping was appreciated although there is an indirect charge for it. If you decline housekeeping the resort fee will be waived, or at least that was the deal when I went. The pool is lovely, it's outdoors but it is heated to a comfortable level. There is an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, although they are comically small considering how popular they are at a ski resort facility. The one outdoor tub was packed the whole time we were there so I never got to try it. Hotel location is great, it is a stone's throw from the lifts and easy walking distance to the village's amenities. You really won't need a car for the duration of your stay. We parked ours at the nearby conference centre for a cheaper parking rate than the hotel offers. All in all we had a pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
P	Philippe Tessier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's start with the good. Staff was very friendly, hot tub ,sauna and pool were great. The lounge was nice to play pool in. All in all its not a bad place. So why 3 star? Had a small issue. Upon Arrival was given early check-in which was nice but after getting to the room and starting to unpack found that the bedding was either stained or unchanged. The issue was reported and we were offered another room. I didn't complain and simply asked if they would clean the room while we were out boarding. The room was cleaned when we returned. My problem is that if you want to be a 5 star rated Hotel then you should at least offer something to the guest over and above, especially when you admit that the situation was unacceptable. I would have been happy with a comp meal or even some Hilton honors points added to my account to show that they were truly sorry for the inconvenience. And for this reason I can't give more than 3 stars.
L	Leslie Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was lovely. Great amenities with a kitchen and fireplace. The bed was so comfortable I slept really well. I experienced amazing service when needed and felt the room was extremely clean. The ski valet service was convenient at the end of the day right at the bottom of the hill. I will definitely come back as the location can't be beat.
