★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i could give less then 1 star I would. The staff here are so rude and do not care about you at all. They try and be sneaky and they lie to you.
Another thing is the rooms, the bedding had stains on it and they considered them “clean” the bathroom has mold.
They also left out the fact that they are doing construction on the roof on my floor and there is a consistent loud drilling noise all day. no warning. NOTHING.
The staff members and this company as a whole deserve 0 stars. terrible customer service. and terrible rooms
Trust me and please choose a different hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very average inside and outside as well. We didn't expect too much but wanted to have at least a microwave in the room which is basic. We had to eat out all the time due to this. The rooms are very old and the AC made a lot of noise.
There was no breakfast service...guess what?? Its due to Covid. I am baffled by the way most businesses are giving the lame excuse for bad service. Hope you improve the service quality. The parking garage was quite small and the parking spots too were very close to each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess you get what you pay for. Computers not working so check in was a disaster. Reservations were incorrrect. Restaurant and bar not open. Hot tub broken. No robes available. No microwave anywhere on premises {for a heat pack} and that's only the first few hours. Super basic budget hotel with minimal to no amenities. Don't come expecting any 21st century service or features.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the facilities, the room price is a little bit pricy. However, the Listel Hotel is right in the Whistler Village so it’s very convenient to access gondolas, supermarket, rental shops, restaurants….I think that can definitely overcome the fact that the hotel facilities are kind of old and simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is older and because we had a dog we were put on the bottom floor. Rooms are small but cozy. Sounds do cary in hallway. The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. Parking is extra, but great for trucks to park as its 9' 3" I think high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in the heart of the village. Short 10 minute walk to the lifts when carrying ski gear. Rooms very well presented and clean. Hot tub available daily to soothe aching muscles.
Vodka ice bar and Bear Foot Bistro located within the hotel.
Ski and board room for storage overnight.
Didn't use the services much as these had been reduced due to Covid restrictions.
Still affected somewhat, by Covid protocols early April 2022 like the rest of the village. Should get back to normal once these are lifted
