Nice room with great fireplace, full kitchen, and easy access to ski area. Looked foward to a jacuzzi in a room but it was out of order. Big disappoint. Parking fee for staying guests a bit too high. Front desk needs to be trained to be more professional. Overall good hotel to stay .

On March 1, 2022 My company booked me at Executive hotel village, at the end of the day I was ready to take a shower. But I noticed that my room has a jacuzzi, so I decide to have a bathtub as usual (no matter what I always wash the bathroom it’s a bad or good habit). So, after I fell for the second time in the tub, I was unable to make the jet waterworks, so I give up and I just lie down on the water. But before I put some Epson salt and some shampoo and at that time, I was able to hear the pump working but without the jet, 6 min after I found a valve that I am guessing works with air because as soon I opened the jet start working. I close my eyes and enjoy the massage and after 10 minutes I opened and the water and foam were BROWN and a bit smelly, so I let the water go away and take a simple shower and my surprise was (every time I scrub my body, on the small towels left a brown colour). They said that they did some fix on the pluming, but I don’t think so cause it is a hotel with too many rooms and it can be possible. After that, I start looking around with more detail and I found big, long hair my hair it's short and I was only by myself. I have pictures and it's bad I can’t load any of them. I totally understand that with the covid protocols they don’t due the rooms, but make sure that the room was cleaned properly before giving it to a customer and make sure to wash properly the rugs that you guys use to clean. Because it was smelly and disgusting. Was a bad experience.

We stayed one night, but I wish we would have gone to a different hotel when we got to the freezing room. The insulation for the patio door was really poor and letting all the cold air in. The heater was old and blowing cold air as well. The room was probably only 15 C and after a long day skiing we expected to be able to come inside and warm up. We did not get a bath as we were expecting. The hotel was so dirty it was disgusting, when I went to retrieve an item I dropped between the bed and the wall, I saw garbage all along the sides of the bed. When we complained about the heat we were given complimentary fire logs. This would have been a nice solution, but the logs we were given were those smart logs that are designed to burn without giving off much heat rendering them useless. The only upside was the front desk staff who tried to help us the best he could. All in all will not be coming back.

Outdated hotel, needs a major overhaul reno. Difficult to reach front desk. Stayed here one night in Apr 2022. I tried to call prior to my arrival to request early checkin. It was very difficult to get through and actually talk to someone at front desk and I had to call multiple times. We got a room on the second floor. Upon exiting the elevator there was a funky smell on the floor/elevator (maybe like sewage?). Our floor also had a odd musty smell but also a musky cologne type smell. Not very appealing. The decor and overall hotel aesthetic is quite outdated and rundown. Carpets look old. It was nice to have a kitchenette although we didn't make use of it since we ate at restaurants. Overall the room was clean except a booger on the bathroom wall. It looks like the vanity and sink were renovated but done poorly as there are gaps and unfinished areas. Our dresser drawers also didn't stay shut...they kept sliding open. Parking costs $30 and u can stay till 1pm the next day. Quite pricey considering I'm already paying for a hotel room.

We had a great experience at this hotel in 2015 which I why we wanted to go back. Unfortunately this time was not so good. I wanted to avoid an upset girlfriend so I didn't tell her when I found a big long black hair in the bed or that the water from the tap was dirt brown before letting it run for a couple minutes. The ceiling fan had so much dust caked onto it. The room was ice cold when we arrived and it took hours to warm up. Then the shower stopped working and only a drizzle of ice cold water came out. We switched rooms an hour before midnight on new years eve. Was told our parking fee would be removed from our bill for the inconvenience but just realized on my credit card bill that it wasn't taken off. Not very impressed for over $500 for one night.

Overall the stay was ok. There was some issue with our room door and we were locked out for 10-15 minutes. Hotel staff was nice enough to transfer us to a different room. Second room had a jacuzzi which was nice. However, the heating in the room was not working and since the temp outside was -21C, it was really cold throughout the stay (3 nights). Room was decent with kitchenette but nothing fancy. The room requires deep cleaning. There were lumps of dust on the ceiling fan. Parking cost could be less, i paid $30 per night. Location is close by to the lift and major restaurants.

Wanted to book something beautiful for my wife's birthday. I could only go by the pics on the website which must have been taken 20 years ago. It was family day long weekend and the price per night was over 500.00. I have stayed in 100.00 a night rooms that were way nicer than these rooms. They tried to make it up to us by giving us a bottle of wine and taking 50.00 per night off our bill. I'm not going to waste time listing everything wrong with this place, all I'm going to say is if you can, stay somewhere else and definitely do not stay there for a special occasion.

I value my hotel stays based on how the front desk treats their guest. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Billy and Dryden, who recommended the best restaurants, pubs and activities nearby. Extremely kind and fun individuals who even went above and beyond by bringing my bags to my room for me. And the room I checked into was beautiful! Great view and high-end cabin vibes located in the heart of Whistler village? It's hard to beat. Will stay here again.
