I called and spoke to someone but the person told me she will find out about the issue but never returned my call. Over all, very disappointed with the level of service and transparency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome little store. The shop has a great selection of summer gear for kids. They have gear for hiking, biking (both trail and downhill), swimwear and water shoes, casual wear and accessories. Best place in Whistler for kids stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been very unhappy about difficulty returning a pair of pants and complained that the store's return policy on sale items was not posted near the sale items. The shop owner did contact me, he was very polite and apologized for my difficulty and I was able to eventually get a refund about two months later. They also agreed to post a sign on the sale rack stating that there are no returns to reduce the likelihood that this happens again. However, this took two months and I'm still a bit frustrated with how many different contacts and how much effort this cost me to resolve after my original complaint. However, the store does have a nice selection of kids ski clothes and is conveniently located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is a perfect one stop shop for kids who want to head outdoors and stay warm and dry. They have everything for a great ski day out or a play in the snow. Brands include The North Face, Spyder, Roxy, Burton and tons of accessory brands like Bula, Smart Wool, Poc, and so much more. They are located at the base of Whistler Mountain in the Hilton near the stairs to the Art Galleries.

We’ve bought pretty much everything from them over the years (both summer and winter gear) and have been very happy with the advice and customer service we’ve received. No complaints here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this kids store! They have a great selection of kids clothes. My three kids (who can be quite picky), always manage to find something they like. They have a great selection of winter jackets and snow pants as well as rain boots and winter boots. The staff is very helpful. Very happy to be able to support and recommend a local business.
