★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve rented two skis at premium over two days and it was nothing but awesome services and amazing staff. If you’re not sure what to get, make sure you talk to the staff! Jack was super knowledgeable and gave the best advice based on my needs. I ended up demoing a different ski from the one I had in mind and enjoyed the recommended ski way more. Will definitely be coming back for my next trip! See ya guys next season ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by here on the way out from our hotel and decided to grab a couple bikes for the afternoon. The selection was great and they were able to get us on a Ike without a reservation. My wife and kids rented a normal bike and I picked up an ebike. We all had a blast riding the trails around Whistler. The e bike was awesome and. A six ally have you a power assist in peddling which became almost effortless. You could select the assistance level to make it as hard or easy as you wanted. Overall we had a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used premium as they rented boots as well as skis. What a great decision, as soon as you walk through the door they’re really friendly, knowledgeable and just really good.
Took time out to know us and chat about things. It felt like a very personal service rather than just renting stuff from them.
Equipment was all good even the basic level stuff.
Would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best rental shop in Whistler! The ski valet each afternoon made it very easy to walk to and from the mountain each day if you're staying some distance away from the mountain. The staff were friendly, offering coffee or other drinks each morning when I was changing into my boots. The rental gear is well maintained and of a good quality. I requested a wax on my skis overnight and the staff were happy to get it done asap. Highly recommend this place to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! The staff were so nice, helpful, and friendly. They offered us tea/coffee/hot chocolate every morning and afternoon. Fitting experience was very smooth and gear was good quality. They'll store your skis/board overnight, but you have to take the boots back to your hotel (not an issue for us). The staff was also very happy to accommodate switching from snowboard to skis half way through our rental. Honestly it's probably the best rental experience I've ever had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't thank enough the awesome staff at Premium Mountain. Matt, Jackie and Terry are the best! Super patient with our kids and very considerate to us. My husband wasn't able to ski and they offer to refund him his rental fee and it wasn't even their fault. If only we can give them 10 stars not because they refunded us the money but because how they give time and effort to accommodate everyone in their shop. They really go above and beyond exceptional customer service! They made our stay in Whistler memorable. Kuddos to all the staff and the management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been renting skis from the team at Premium Mountain rental for the last week or so and have had super nice service from everyone there. Even when it was busier it had a personal service feel to it. They were super responsive when I emailed from the UK about renting a particular ski, gave us loads of advice and have a really good range of well serviced skis. We always got a warm welcome when we walked in and offered a coffee. The shop is a couple of minute walk from the gondola so very easy access. Quite competitively priced considering the high level of service. Totally recommend.
