Had a couple of new Intuition liners fitted here over the last few years. Top service each time. 2nd time required a few tweaks to get the fit but most importantly flex fine tuned. Jim found a great solution was found and my boots are skiing great again. Recommend.

Update: I sent an email to them after leaving this review and Pat immediately called me to apologize. He offered me custom insoles which was very nice of him. When I went in again to have them made Kevin helped me and he was really great. Make an appointment with Kevin! Shockingly disappointing experience in here, I really wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. The guy tried to rip me off $170 by telling me "not to worry about the price". I bought a pair of boots for $550 and they cracked after 3 days of skiing, when I went back in it was because they needed to fit me in a wider boot. So after all they ended up sending me with a different pair of boots that we're more comfortable. I asked if the new boots were the same price as the ones I paid for and he said "Oh you don't have to worry about the price". I asked again before leaving and he said "Don't worry about it". I tried to get a look at the box but he took it away before I could see it. Since I clearly wasn't going to get an answer from him I had to leave and look it up on their website, the boots he sent me with we're $399. I called to see if I would be getting a refund and a different person on the phone said yes. When I went back in the guy didn't say a word to me and after I said "I asked you twice about the price, by telling me not to worry about it I feel like you fully just tried to rip me off", his response was very rudely "there you go, you're getting $170 back on your card, I could have just put you in the same boot". The whole experience was so shocking and disappointing. I was really excited to be buying my own gear for the first time after years of renting and now I just wish I spent my money elsewhere. I feel like he just tried to take advantage of the fact that I'm clearly not an experienced young girl and was hoping I wouldn't find out. I should also note that he was going on about how lazy his coworkers are and said "sorry I'm venting" and this was my second time seeing him and he did that the first time around too, telling me that the first person I bought the boots off of "clearly just wanted to make a sale and make himself look good but not do any of the work". Not a great thing to hear after I've just spent $700 in here. So unprofessional and immature.

I bought a pair of boots at Fanatyk Co in 2020 upon the recommendation of many people in Pemberton. The initial fitting experience seemed great (can’t remember who it was unfortunately), however I ended up having a ton of issues. I took them back to get work done multiple times in the last 2 years until this past week I had finally had enough. I went back and told Scott I don’t think these were the boots for me. He double checked the fit, and immediately brought out some new boots. I’m a grad student so I really wanted to avoid buying a new pair of boots, but I tried them on and felt so much more comfortable that I knew I likely just needed a different pair. I asked how much they cost and Scott said “I just want to make sure you’re in the right boot”. He didn’t charge me for them. I was blown away. He fit the new ones for me and took back the old. Absolute phenomenal service and a real stand up guy. Would highly recommend Fanatyk Co to anyone - these guys stand by their products and service and will make sure you leave happy (with happy feet). UPDATE (Jan 9, 2022): for the first time ever in the last 3 years, I had not just one but 3 pain free days of consecutive skiing. Nothing to suggest that will change any time soon! Thank you Scott!

The staff at Fanatyk are amazing! I have bought skis, boots and goggles and their advice and attention to details in second to none. By far it is the best place in Whistler to buy new ski equipment. A big shout out to Ryan for his patience in getting the right boot for my miss-matched feet!

This place is amazing for winter sports equipment and summer sports when winter is over. The people here are magicians when it comes to finding the best fit of skiing equipment for you. And if you have an issue with your new boots in terms of fitting/comfort, they will find a way to help you. Highly recommended!

This place for sure gets a five star review. I am so impressed with this company. I purchased my first pair of boots from them three years ago after doing the research that these guys were the absolute best in North America. I returned to them last year for a pair of touring boots. This season I noticed that the boots were not fitting as ideally as I wanted. The company has a lifetime satisfaction guarantee. I returned last night and was completely blown away that the owner personally assisted me to get the boots that were ideal. This is one of the very few locally owned shops in Whistler Village, and is the best place to purchase your gear. Highly recommend for boots, heated gloves, heated boot liners, accessories, etc.
