★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was shopping and seen 20% off nhl jerseys. I go to purchase and I was told thats only for regular priced items. The jersey I grabbed had a "sale" price on it. There was no tag stating it was on sale nor did the price tag state anything. It looked like a sticker price like any other. Pretty annoyed when I stated this to the manager and immediately he brings up legality reasons??? Not great customer service over a mistake they made and that anyone would have fallen for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented gears for the whole family for a week. Equipment was first rate and well suited to our skiing levels. The staff was very helpful providing tips and friendly. We also bought 3 pairs of ski socks that made our experience even more enjoyable :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my eight year old granddaughter to Sportstop for new ski boots. The attention to fitting her properly was exceptional. They made her feel completely at ease in order to solicit the correct responses to their questions about fit, adjustment etc. will certainly go back again!

Good rentals and cheapest is town.
The owner Kevin can help you with everything sport related.
They also do tech work and ski tuning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been shopping here for years but since their renovation the customer service is horrible. We have gone in three times in the last 4 months with the full intention of buying $$$’s worth of goods but left with nothing as we could not find what we wanted as nobody was available to help. You walk in the door and nobody says hello and nobody helps you find anything. Last week my wife needed a new pair of snow boots and we jokingly said, let’s go to the sports store that hates us and give them one more chance. We walked in and once again nobody said hello and we spent 10 -15 minutes trying on snow boots but could not find our size and nobody came to assist despite the store being empty and the 3 people working there standing at the till talking and talking to themselves. We are done with this store!
