Oddly enough, one of my worst customer experiences in Whistler was at Fotosource and my best customer experience was also at Fotosource. There was a man behind the counter who was very rude, anti social, agressive, and did not even want to help me. Needless to say I did not want to be in that store or deal with that. After his terrible treatment I left and had no intention of going back. However, we did not realise that Whistler did not have any other shops for the items we needed. We went back one morning and this woman was so kind and friendly. She was smiling with us, making us laugh, and was extrenely helpful we ended up buying everything we needed and then some due to her recomendations on other items we might need. She was extremely knowledgable, but also very charasmatic and personal. She helped us figure out some activities to do and showed us some photos of the locations she was telling us about. We were so thankful to her we offered to buy her a coffee but she refused and said she was just happy to help and that she genuinely enjoyed our conversation and company. Thank you Kristen for being so amazing and helpful while also makiing us feel welcome, respected, and appreciated.

The staff at the Whistler Foto Source have always been rude on each experience I've had which has been many when looking for camera equipment. Many show little interest in customers in the store and won't acknowledge customers, only ignoring your presence. Dropped off film over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to process it, always giving a different excuse as to why the film hasn't been put through. Problems happen all the time, but notify customers of any delays instead of forgetting about them after they've paid. Only got it developed there as it was the only place in Whistler I could go. I rarely purchase camera gear from them now as they only seem interested on taking your money and reaching target than helping answer questions from customers.

They do a great job developing and printing my 35mm film. Very happy that I don't have to mail my film away to get processed. I'm glad that I can get it done locally.
T	Tammy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple occasions I have encountered rude staff. - in the years going in most visits have been uncomfortabe, their staff definitely are not customer service people.trying too support a local business but will now be going elsewhere. I had to call to see where my prints for film I dropped off over a week ago were only to be told they get posted to be developed elsewhere now!- they can't even tell me when they will be back but will be over two weeks ( this was not relayed at any point)
p	pfishy98 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a disposable camera to use at a party I was hosting. It was unlabeled and seemed like some cheap illegal knock off or something. It cost 20$, and when I went to develop the photos, there were only 5 of them on the reel, and they were all unusable garbage. I didn't leave a comment because there's nothing you can do about it. Some very special memories that were not captured because of this junk.

They do a really great job and are super fast especially if you drop your rolls off on Monday or Friday. They have a great selection of 35mm film and are always happy to talk you through what might work best for what you're shooting. I feel really lucky that there's still a place like this in Whistler Village - Thank you for existing Fotosource !

This Christmas (last minute i might add), i put in an order for 6 of their hardcover photo books. Using a very user friendly app i was able to put them together simply. I happen to go into the store twice and the staff were amazing, they went out of their way to check my book from their end and insure it all looked good. Was told a 2 week wait but within a week got my books and am in love. They are gorgeous. Staff was helpful and lovely, and the quality of their products were so amazing. Can't wait to do my next books.
