★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I owe a ton of gratitude to Rally (the Doctor of boot fitters) from Can Ski at Whistler in the Westin Hotel. She took so much time and care fitting my new boots and they feel incredible. I have freakish ankles and she was just brilliant and making my new boots fit perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Newland Sweatshirt and the zipper was defective. The store would not take it back and wanted me to send it back to the manufacture under warranty.. Told me they would get back to me....still waiting. Who feels defective merchandise and won't replace it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh, the staff is by far the most paranoid of all the village shops in terms of Covid despite masks and hand sanitizers at the entrance and everywhere in the village. They also appeared more concerned with what a customer touched, yes I need to touch it to find a size, than actually being helpful. Other stores have the same goods with friendlier staff that appreciate the business, which is where I will spend my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on Sun looking for boots. I've never experienced such unhelpful and aloof staff. I won't be back for any reason. I bought a fabulous pair of boots elsewhere. I spend a lot of time in Whistler winter and summer.

I brought new ski boots with me to Whistler that had been professionally fitted in Ontario, and needed help troubleshooting and these guys were extremely helpful. No sales pressure, just genuine desire to help. If I need any gear in the future, I'll go out of my way to give them my business.Can definitely tell that they are very experienced and good at what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great job to fix my boot problems. I went here for some help with my ski boots -- I had been to other shops in Vail, CO who just wanted to sell me new boots. David at Can-Ski listened to my concers and told me that my issues were common. He stretched the shell in one spot and made me some foam inserts in about 40 min.....which cured my problems. Thanks for the great service!
