Black Diamond did a full service, my bike is running like it was new again. Very happy with the top notch service, staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I just rented bikes from the super helpful and knowledgable staff here. We had a great couple hours touring all over the Valley trail. We forget the name of the girl who signed us in and out, but she was great. They have e-bikes for rent at a super reasonable rate, which no other shops we visited in the village did. Highly recommend!

Again, great service, advice, route recommendations etc.
Highly recommend and will start their for mtb needs in future.

I took my Giant E bike in for a routine cable replacement and Black Diamond was able to work on it right away without delay. I have been to many bike shops and none compare to the prompt and excellent and friendly service that you will find at Black Diamond Bike !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Black Diamond Bike Rentals was nothing short of exceptional. They really make renting hassle and stress-free. Even if its a little more money than some of the competition, I would pay it again. The staff is extremely helpful and personable. I didn't get everyone's name, but Amanda and Ollie were absolutely fantastic. I left my keys in my car, and they were all very attentive and willing to help! Amanda even lent me her personal cell phone when the business' one stopped working. She really didn't have to do this, and it shows how much they care.
Highly recommended.

The check-in for the bikes was easy, bikes were in great condition, the staff very friendly and they recommended us a great tour (~16 km for 4 hrs rental time, which left enough time for stops). Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was blown away by my experience at Black Diamond Bike Rentals. My personal downhill bike broke so I needed a rental bike and the staff could not have been better. I was in a rush and they went the extra mile to give me fast and fantastic customer service and got me on the mountain in no time.
Their bikes are also better quality than the rental bikes at most stores and their prices are better as well! Also, a lot of stores say to bring the bike back for 4:45pm so you miss last lap but these guys said see you at 5:15pm! That makes a real difference because everyone should be able to enjoy the last lap of the day.
The staff I dealt with, Leanne and Chris (hopefully I remembered their names correctly!) honestly made my day with their great attitude and fantastic customer service. Thank you both. I recommend this business in the strongest terms possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at Black Diamond Bike. We booked online and it was super easy. Bikes were clean and ready to go. As for the bikes, they are top notch. Some of the best I've been on. Plus the staff set up the suspension stiffness and rebound for my style of riding. Long time ago use to ride ProAm, so I feel I've earned the stripes to comment ?.
